Everything was very clean and nice. Kinda close to freeway so can hear the cars but it's a white noise. Bed is on the stiff side. We would stay again. Free cookies at front desk were yummy

Sounded like my room was on the left lane of the freeway. Room 508 I think It was. Maybe got 4 hours sleep. Terrible coffee In the room.

Overall an enjoyable stay. The service was warm and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was heavenly. My one and only issue was the shower head was mounted too low for my 5’9” head.

Still no refund
I reserved a room and because it was after midnight the system reset my reservation to check in the following day. There were no rooms available to check me into when i arrived. Front desk said she put a note in to be refunded because of the system glitch. I did not check in or stay at your hotel. Ive contacted Hotels.com. They say the requested a refund to my account. Its January 10,2024 and i have yet to receive a refund on my card. I had to find another room to check into. I have the statement from the Hilton, where I ended up checking into.

Unbearable Noise
I stayed on the 5th floor where we were on the same level as the highway. The level of vehicle noise was so loud that you could hear even the radios in the trucks passing by. Even with pillows covering both ears the noise was so loud. I have stayed in Marriott properties located right in an airport that had better sound insulation.

First room stank really bad and it wasn't obvious as to why. Switched rooms because the sofa bed mattress was stained and terribly worn out. The hotel staff was super helpful about it.The new room also stank really bad. The next morning we saw the A/C vent was covered in mold which explains the smell in both rooms. I explained the issue to the hotel staff. They were sympathetic and helpful. Hotels.com gave me a full refund after I provided pics of the issues. I was expecting something back so I'm happy as far as that goes.

This was a very convenient place to stay. I wouldn’t have minded usb charging ports. The Max streaming wasn’t working in our room so didn’t get to use that feature.

The room smelled moldy and there was a stain on the carpet. There also was a piece missing from the bottom of the door. I asked for a late checkout and the front desk said they would accommodate a checkout for 12:30 and inform the housekeeping. from 10 AM up until a couple minutes before 12:30 pm there was about 5 separate instances of knocks on the door and people coming in immediately after knocking to check if anyone was in the room. I explained to the housekeeping that I was getting a late checkout and they said they did not see it on the list. I also had the "Do not disturb" sign up.

The first room they gave is only had a sink with no counter. We asked for our room to be cleaned after our second night and it wasn’t. They did clean it after the first night. Then the day we were checking out thr cleaners knocked on our door at 7:00 am when checkout was 12:00 noon.
