“Terrible. The bathroom had mold in the vents so strong that I could not use it. Lied about being near Florence on Expedia and is not accessible by any means if you dont have a car. Deeply traumatic experience - I had to leave 2 days early. Not rembursed for my time. No outlets by the bed but also no clocks? So I had to push the entire thing across the room to have the time nearm me. Also uncomfortable beds. I had to remake the entire thing and sleep on the blankets under the sheets. I spoke to……

“Our stay was Wonderful! We were here 6 nights and explored the surrounding area by train. The staff was excellent, friendly, and went above and beyond. Breakfast included was amazing...and we were treated like we were dining with friends. ”
