“The breakfast was not the best”

“The biggest downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator, which made going up and down the stairs with suitcases and small children quite inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was very good. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and courteous, which made our overall stay enjoyable.”

“Started off terrible when we were erroneously given s handicap room with torn window blinds and just an awful room. After two complaints, we were given a much better room. Needed more light though and couldn’t study due to darkness. The breakfast is horrible unless you just want oatmeal and coffee. Most free breakfasts at hotels are pretty bad though. Should’ve booked closer to Gettysburg. Would not prefer to stay again.”

“Room clean, place very quiet except they could put stoppers on the doors so they don’t slam shut. Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay. Only downside was the manager was rude and didn’t want to do her job but doesn’t impact my staying there.”
