Was very surprised. I read that the breakfast was not great but I have had continental breakfast at other hotels and this was a feast to be had. I went with my friend to get away, we both didn't have our children. To be right in the hub of the ski resort and far enough away from the nightlife of the bar. The hotel was a great deal from this site and my friend wants to go back with the kids. Thank you. It is a awesome place to stay. I recommend it to anyone.

We recommand to families with young childrenPosted May 6, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed during the month of May, unfortunately, there was no activity at mt-tremblant during the month between winter season and summer season. For this reason, it would be nice for the hotel to open the outdoor pool already (it was a sunny, almost summer day) and have it heated. The hotel itself is well situated, short walking distance to the village, a lake behind the hotel, the free parking lot is not far either. We arrived early, the room was not ready but we enjoyed the coffee, newsletter and apple at the large living room. Our 3-y.o. daughter enjoyed the hot chocolate, the toys at the children's room and the outdoor playground. Our room (one bedroom with 2 double beds condo) is smaller than what it appeared on the picture. Once the sofa bed is open, there is no more room to walk around the living room. Room is clean, kitchen well equipped. It was nice that they provide us with a playard for our 3-month-old baby for the night. The complimentary breakfast is good enough. Contrary to other reviews, we didn't have trouble with the complimentary free Wifi. Overall, we have a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Heart of the VillagePosted May 5, 2015
Pros: Great continental breakfast, heart of village
Staff very friendly, easy check-in/check-out. Great continental breakfast (Croissants, variety of cereals and pastries), juices, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toasts etc. Our room (on the first level) was efficient. Good kitchenette with basic utensils, pots/pans, stemware (water and wine) etc. The gym (although we didn't use it) was very basic (no weights). The beds very super comfortable. We had 2 queen beds and it was a good space. The bedroom also had an additional tv. Overall, good hotel and we'll probably go back there again, especially for the price in the heart of the village :)

Great hotel, not worth booking the condoPosted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: New, modern, clean
Cons: The staff at the front desk
Location: It's right in the middle of the pedestrian village. Close to all the activities and very quiet and peaceful view in the back of the hotel.
My experience was exceptional. I would go there again however this time i would voice my concerns much more than what i did this time. I was proposing to my girlfriend that weekend and unfortunately a few days before her grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and we ended up missing the first night. I called the hotel several times to make sure we wouldn't lose our reservation as i had planned so many things for the proposal. If i was going to pay the charge in case we don't go, i would like to at least ensure the room i paid for was available for the 2nd night. On the phone the person i spoke with was amazing! Super empathetic, offered to check us in and make sure it takes only a few seconds to get our room when we would get there. Once I arrived, the room we received was on the ground floor and i had a "Terrace" instead of a balcony as in the description. I went to notify the front desk and she gave me another room, that was not the room i paid for however it had a balcony. I didn't want to make a big stink about it as we spent half the time there that we expected to as well as we went through bad news and really good news in so little time. However travelers beware: If you rent the 1 bedroom condo, the pictures are not the reality!

Location: Close to all events and locations at Mont Tremblant
Very pleasant location. Clean room. Beds extremly comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Nice fireplace. Only issues: lighting too dark, several bulbs were out in chandelier, and overall not enough lighting. Cabinet beside toilet too close... fitness room sad.. Otherwise: quiet, excellent breakfast, great types of coffee available all day.

Perfect night awayPosted Mar 31, 2015 on Hotels
Amazing place to stay. Prime location and there was even a kitchen and fireplace in our room. Breakfast was perfect and there was a machine providing 24hr specialty lavazza coffees! This hotel far exceeded our expectations- highly recommended!
