The staff were vwry helpful and the breakfast was good. It is right in the village and the parking is under ground.

Great for Skiers

Overall our family enjoyed the stay. Our biggest disappointments were with respect to: - the onsite parking offered - not enough spaces available for permits handed out. That is, just because you paid for parking onsite, you weren't guaranteed a parking spot. The alternative parking lot (although free) was not close to the hotel - 5/10 minute walk. - Free WIFI service was extremely limited and even the paid service was not "fast" as advertised and sketchy. - Outdoor hot tub was small and out of service for a large portion of our stay

Friendly Staff, but manager/private owner not

We decided to try out Mont Tremblant for my annual bday ski trip, we did Whistler last year, and it was amazing. When trying to find an affordable ski in/out village property, my girlfriend found this hotel on hotels.com but it was only available for Thurs/Fri night and sold out Sat. We searched and called and everything reasonable was sold out that Sat night, so we had to book our 3rd night in the town of Mont T about 6 miles away (that will be another review). I did however find a private condo slope side that was available all three nights, so that we didn't have to move midway through our vacation, but the manager wouldn't help us out. I tried to call and cancel our reservation, but it was "prepaid" and non refundable. I tried calling hotels.com and they too had no luck after talking to the manager, he said we would just lose the two nights. Now I know I could have charged it back, but I'm not that kind of person. Fact is, this room could have been booked as it was a week prior to our arrival. I also called IHG since I use their other hotels and they said this was a locally owned franchise otherwise they would have given me my money back and let me cancel.. So needless to say, I would never book here again. Now about the property. Check in lady was very friendly, knowledgable, got us checked in, and informed about the services and location of things.. She gets an A+.... The room itself was average at best, but this is a holiday inn, so I wasn't expecting a "W"...

We were able to check in early. Staff gave us first tracks passes for the next day. Nice clean room. Hottub perfect for relaxing after a day on the hill.
