Everything was great except for check-in. Seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between employees. We called earlier in the week to ask for an early check-in and told we got get one no problem. However, when we arrived this was not the case. The employee told us she would call us when it was ready and she never did. We went back to check-in and there was a different employee who told us all rooms had been ready. She was nice but it was still unfortunate. Other than that, the stay was perfect

I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. The staff seemed clueless. Despite booking our trip over a year ago, thousands of flights were cancelled due to bad weather on the departure date. While the American airline was accommodating and allowed us to extend our return at no charge, the hotel refused to refund us for the ONE night we missed unintentionally, but they didn’t hesitate to charge us for the additional nights we added. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing. Horrible experience!...

Overall, a great place to stay at Tremblant, clean, great staff, nice rooms. One bonus is even though its a little farther away from the hill, its very close to the gondola that runs all day back and forth to the base of the mountain so getting your gear from the hotel to the runs is very easy. I only didn't give the hotel an excellent rating due to the condition of the bed mattresses. Lumpy, uncomfortable, and I've never had a bed that the mattress itself creaked and groaned so badly that anytime anyone moves it wakes up everyone. We had a junior suit with queen bed and a pullout for our son and both of them were equally poor quality. For the cost of the hotel, and the fact that when you've been skiing all day and want a good nights rest I think they need to invest in some better bedding.

The jacuzzi was not working this March break and we missed that. When the hotel is sold out and rush time like March break, the hotel management should keep the jacuzzi and pool ready for the patrons that will elevate their vacation experience. Generating so much money, they should learn to give back to the patrons what they promised on their official website. Otherwise, it was a great experience and rooms were spacious with excellent staffs.

Property needs updating. Blankets were static. Staff were friendly and helpful except for Chantal who had no sympathy when i asked what our options were if we had to leave a day early because of the snowy weather. She flatly said, you could leave early but you will not be reimbursed. The other staff Silvie was far better. She explained to us that if we leave a day early, the weather might not be better, it will be safer to leave on the original schedule. Since the staff knows the area better than us, we listened and it did help a lot.

Whilst the room appeared clean and in proper shape, the chemical smell of the room was caustic and overpowering. So much so that we had to change lodging entirely before even spending a night. My family is still recovering from the chemical exposure a week after our stay.

The property is close the Cabriolet lift and walkable to the village for shopping and dining. The hotel could use some updating and maintenance. While the room was clean and comfortable, the garbage can by the hot tub was overflowing and not emptied during our 6 day stay.

You can't beat the ski in and ski out option. Tour des Voyageur made it easy to store skis and equipment so that it was seamless to ski anytime we wanted!

The room was large with a mini kitchen, nice view of the mountain for me. It was quiet but most likely in the winter, everybody is tired from a day of skiing and it is too cold to hang out too much outside :). But it was well located, very pleasant to spend the stay within the village.

Liked the convenience to the Cabriolet and the village. The only thing I did not like was that the cleaning staff only showed up toward late afternoon when we returned from the day of skiing and then skipped cleaning our room. I put the garbage can in the hallway so they got the hint to empty it. Everything else was great!
