The property was very well taken care of. The manager was thoughtful and kind and clearly strove for all to have an excellent experience. She helped me with my luggage, made Cappucino's for me, and hand-made excellent breakfasts in the morning. She did it all! It's more of a B&B which I liked, but also very quiet and private, despite being right off a busy section of town. You can walk right to the heart of quinte-owned shops and restaurants with true Italian authenticism. Wonderful short stay. I would note there is a steep driveway you have to go down to privately park, with a good flight of steel stairs that come back up so be sure to drop off luggage first and then go down and park. I recommend a small vehicle to for this area as all the streets are very narrow and turns are tight in typical Italian fashion.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available at no extra charge, and the hotel was easy to reach with the gps address the hotel provided in their email prior to arrival. The mattresses and bedding need to be updated. Also the rod that holds the shower wand was too short, so when I tried to adjust the height, the whole thing came apart while I was showering.
