I honestly don’t know where to start. There was no AC, the room was not clean, and when I asked for cutlery, they had none. She gave me a half broken forks. The hotel seems to have almost nothing available, even when I asked for Kleenex or napkins, they didn’t have any. The internet is also extremely poor. Overall, it was definitely a waste of money.

5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅.
The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car.
Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!!

"I would not rate our room as a 3 star experience. The room was clean, but the door of the fridge cupboard was broken, and the bathroom ventilator was not working, so water in the bathroom did not clear quickly. The shower was a wet-room, so everything in the bathroom got wet when you had a shower. ..."
