A warm, beautiful and bright home - a perfect haven to enjoy the tranquility
of the nature and the, so very close, close amazing private beaches of Montauk. (I mile away).. Perfect for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the back deck where you have over an acre of land,, and there is a large barbecue with table and chairs - Perched under the trees, is a very large jacuzzi, (cleaned on a weekly basis) - There are 3 bicycles available but there are wonderful walks to be taken too.
My home has three comfortable and spacious bedrooms - 2 bathrooms/shower
Living and dining room and a library/office upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped as i am a cook.
Now if you want and have some fun, Montauk town has many great restaurants, bars with music and some shopping. Lobster,clams and corn are the specialties.
It has a great port where you can hang out. . Depending your mood, you can have most atmosphere’s for a fantastic time.

WINTER RENTALS. The summer house which has just been described is also a wonderful winter nest. It's just looking for someone who really wants to get away from civilization. Grocery store and a couple of restaurants are opened all year in the village which is aprox 3miles along the coast line.(if your driving 2 minutes). Nearest Beach is a 1 mile down the road and is magical. I am not exaggerating. Not a soul is sight. Your return to my home and sit in front of a wonderful chimney and have a hot toddy. All neighbors live there all year round, very friendly and you barely ever see them. It is perfect for an artist a writer, painter or musician. Being one, I understand the value of the silence this house provides.FOR ALL RENTALS - Due to previous experience we have a preference for families and mature couples. Additionally the tranquility of the location and the peace of mind of our neighbors is paramount; we expect all guest to respect this and be considerate about noise particularly outside after 9pm. Down town offres a lot of bars and clubs should you like to revel away in the late evening. Thank you for you understanding.
