Good communication. We called in advance to say we were arriving quite late. We were given clear instructions regarding codes and how to get in. We had issues with another hotel that didn’t have a contact number, so I truly appreciate the fact that it was possible to call and speak to a member of staff before arriving. The room was very clean and we slept very well to continue our journey the next day.

Stopped for one night on our way to the south of France. A convenient location, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. All staff very friendly and helpful. No issues at all.

Good location. Very clean.
Great for an overnight stop on route to southern Spain. Great parking on site which was important for us. It looks like it has recently been renovated and was very clean. Lovely staff and a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would stay again

We liked the location of this hotel and the staff were very friendly. It did look a little tired though, particularly from the outside. I liked the split room which meant we could go to bed after the kids

Convenient overnight stopover travelling through France. We had a family room with connecting doors. Rooms a good size. Located adjacent to retail units and nearby supermarkets. Would benefit from improved noise insulation & air conditioning but otherwise no complaints.

Not the best hotel we’ve stayed at
Hard to find the hotel because the address given on the hotel.com confirmation was incorrect. Tried to call but receptionist couldn’t give directions. Had to activate a travel plan on my cell phone to be able to look up the information on google. Small room was stark but adequate. Bathroom was tiny and the bathtub was slippery with nothing to hol onto. Both my husband and I almost slipped getting out twice. And my husband slipped and fell into the tub in the dark in the middle of the night cause it was so small and the door blocked the toilet. Front desk seemed unconcerned. Breakfast and dinners were very good except that the restaurant part was closed for dinner on the weekend and there were few choices nearby (had to drive). Inner city of Tours was impossible to drive on the weekend.

Good hotel for breakfast/dining and car paring
Room was decent, clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was powerful. Good breakfast and dining, especially the dinner was in good quality and very reasonable price, really recommended! Good car parking area. Only shortcoming is without an elevator, so the luggage has to be carried by hand upstairs, fortunate the highest lever is the 2nd.

Tired hotel
Travelling with two 15 year old girls. The room was dark and dingy, it smelt, the double bed was as hard as rock and the pillows were like bricks. The beds for the girls were tiny z beds with no proper bedding - thought we were getting two doubles! Overlooked a huge rubbish bin. The bathroom was ok and I swear bigger than the bedroom! Thank goodness we were only staying overnight en-route.

One night stopover
We used it as a stop off on our way to Portugal. The area deserved more time to explore. Only negative comment is the carpets in the communal areas need some attention. Big plus the staff were great even to ignorant Brits with no language skills. Food very good.

Stop off on way back to UK. Convenient to motorway, efficient reception, good room with proper beds for 3 (not convertible). Very good restaurant in road round the back, excellent burgers (high quality)

Room was okay, clean and relatively convenient. People booking the hotel should know that only one side of the hotel has air conditioners. We thought we had booked a room with a/c, but that was not the case. The first room was hot, faced a highway and had no screens. Luckily another room was available, at an additional fee.

Perfect for a short stay in Tours
Stayed overnight with my 2 sons and my sister, the staff is very welcoming, the room as expected (3 single beds and one double for my sister). It was easy to find, near the airport but not exposed to any noise level and 10 15 minutes from the city center. Breakfast was good quality and prices are very competitive. There is a very nice wine merchant around the corner with an extensive collection of local wines.

GOOD STOP OFF ON JOURNEY
The hotel is close to the A10 motorway and on the RN10 road, we have used it a few times now when returning from trips to Spain. Nice clean modern hotel, with attentive staff. It is close to a tram station for travel to Tours centre.

Very comfortable hotel, close to the major routes.
This was a very clean and accommodating hotel, comfortable bed and a nice bath. We have a small dog and we were allowed to bring him into the restaurant; the food was very good.

Easy to access the Loire Valley
Came here to visit the infamous Loire Valley for its history, classic French countryside and fortresses. The Inter-Hotel La Terrasse is a better version of Motel 6, and its not a bad place to stay for family. The pro is the location, where its in relatively close vicinity to most major attractions of the valley, while the con is the lackluster breakfast, which is overpriced.
