Das Hotel ist echt ausgesprochen schön. Sehr abgelegen, dennoch hat es einen kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Super ist auch das der Bahnhof in 5 min Zufuss zu erreichen ist. Der absolute Haken ist, das nirgendwo nachvollziehbar ist, ob dieser Zug auch kommt und diese Linie fährt einmal diesen Bahnhof Manresa Ripollet an und eine fährt komplett 40 min weiter ohne das man aus diesen Zug kommt bis zur Endstation. Also kann man nur Glück haben und viel Zeit. Wir hatten leider nur 1 1/2 Tage und da waren 3 Std Zug Beschäftigung doch sehr ärgerlich.

Everything you need!

Lovely hotel, really modern and clean with a great little pool on the roof. 2mins walk from the train to Barcelona which runs every hour and takes around 20mins to get there, last one back is midnight, perfect location! The staff are so helpful, we lost my partners phone in the train station when returning home and the hotel have gone out of their way to help us, such good customer service and generally lovely people! Thank you!

3 star hotel at best with a bad location

First off, the biggest problem of this hotel is that it's very far away from the city center where the tourist sites are clustered around. In order to reach the central area, you have to take a train, which comes every 30 minutes, meaning that if the train has just departed, you would have to wait another 30 minutes. Add about 40 minutes to get to the central metro station, then you get the calculation. It amounts to 2 hours round trip a day, which nobody would want to spend on a trip. Another problem compounding the distance is that the hotel is built in a middle of nowhere. Getting to the hotel itself, when I first entered the room, the window was opened. I tried to close it, but it turns out to be that the locker which closes the window was not functioning properly. I called the front desk, and a staff told me that she would come to my room. I waited for about 2 hours, but nobody came over. I called again, and this time another staff answered the phone and said that he would come over. It was only after an additional hour a staff came over and locked the window with a special key. The only problem of all of this was that it was in summer, so bugs were coming inside. About the facilities: I asked for a flip flop and they said I have to buy it. I haven't heard of a 4 star hotel which doesn't offer flip flops. The walls were tainted with black marks here and there and water was leaking from the booth after taking shower. Overall, I don't think the hotel deserves a 4 star.

Us in all the web indicate where is located the hotel, because when make the book know that not are in the center of Barcelona. The train to the Centre of Barcelona takes 20 minutes and is certain that leaves every 30 minutes and the railway station is just two minutes from the hotel and we also provide you the departure times and back from reception. Stayed here for 4 days and 1 day our room wasn't made even after we asked. Asked maintenance to fix the curtain in our room on the first day and this wasn't done. Our credit card was incorrectly changed 120 euro when another room checked out. Apart from the receptionist, staff were rude.

A most enjoyable and interesting stay with the access to the renfe only mtrs away which was a good service to the centre of Barcelona.

Un tres bon hotel! La chambre est faite tous les jours, le personnel est sympathique malgré (parfois) la barriere de la langue! La piscine est tres bien exposee (en plein soleil le matin) et generalement calme! Il y a aussi la salle de gym mais je n'y suis pas allé. Proximite d'un supermarché et de quelques restaurants. Seul hic : ma reservation etait pour une chambre double et nous avons eu une twin... mais nous nous en sommes accommodés en les accolant ... :)

horrible et décevant

Pour commencer nous avons eu 3 lits simples alors que nous avions réservé 1 lit simple et 1 lit double, ensuite la clim ne fonctionnait pas et les fenêtres ne s'ouvraient pas...obliger d'ouvrir la porte de chambre pour respirer...puis...la piscine est très sale, plus proche d'une mare aux canards que d'une piscine (on avait pourtant promis à notre fils de 4 ans), la salle de sport était fermée, le bouchon de baignoire était absent...contraignant pour prendre un bain...enfin notre voiture qui était stationnée devant l'hôtel s'est retrouvee avec les vitres cassées...et bien entendu l'hôtel ne dispose pas de vidéosurveillance...et pour finir on nous a demandé quelques euros pour des taxes non prévu lors de la réservation! Quartier dangereux et strictement sans intérêt.
