“The apartment met our expectations, and when there were things needing to be addressed, the manager and his on-site person took care of them quickly. The main things that need improvement are (1) the laundry room, and (2) coordination of trash and recycling information, activities, and expectations both for tenants and for the time between tenants.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
