The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. ”

“Beautiful, brand new studio apartment that looks exactly like the photos. The complex, Village at Montclair, is also impressive: it's newly built, upscale, and includes a pool, gym, lounges, and nicely designed outdoor spaces. The unit was quiet. The host was responsive by message and kindly offered early check in. “Stay decent. Only room for 1 car to park on the property and you apparently can't park on the street except for Friday and Saturday otherwise you could get ticketed. We weren't told that until the next morning when it was too late. And only then were we told we could have parked in the driveway, just had to have to car moved by 8. Which would have been fine. No kitchen (but that's my fault for not seeing that). If you want to do laundry it's a 10 charge. Bring your own pillow if you can. It felt……
