perfect location in montecatini

Cons: everything
Location: It is very well situated to visit tuscany on day trips.
The hotel is perfectly situated. However, it needs major renovations and a good cleaning. The carpects in the hallways are old and dirty. The rooms are very dusty. the curtains and light fictures are covered in dust. My husband and were all stuffed up. The breakfast buffet is full of sweets, does not cater to people who eat healthy. I asked for stewed prunes and they did not have any. This hotel was very disapointing.

We were off season, town was quiet, atmosphere was slow. The local shops were welcoming and most spoke English, those that did not Spanish was used to get by with similarities in the two languages. The only issue we had with the hotel was noise from remodeling on the third floor from renovations, daytime hours only. We were gone most of the time and it had minimal impact on our stay.

Lovely classic hotel

Pros: Stylish rooms. And spacious lounges,beautiful terraces,perfect to watch the world go bye
Cons: Bathroom a little tired
Location: Perfect location close to all the delights of Beautiful Montecatini Terme
We had a lovely warm welcome from. The reception,a blonde and smiling girl,sorry we don,t know her name! All the staff appear happy,s, that is a sign of good management

confirm elevator is working, before booking

nice and convenient location, free wi fi and parkin w breakfast. unfortunately elevator was under repair and room was on forth floor was a major inconveniance to lug luggage up and down

Centrally located hotel with car park.

Pros: Position, quiet room.
Cons: Plumbing noisy from other rooms. Tea / coffee could be provided. Carpets on stairs were past their best.
Location: Centrally located, Close to spa, town centre, park and funicular to old town.
Would rate the hotel as a 3 to 4 star. Some renovation work is in progress. Room on small side, nowhere to place cases on, kettle provided but no tea or coffee. Plumbing a bit noisy but walk in shower was excellent with good controls. Television could only get CNN and BBC world (at times). Breakfast good selection but not much variation.

Dear Brian thank you for your feedback. You booked a classic room, if you wish to have tea and coffee infusions you could buy them at the vending machine. As said during the check in, this service is included for those that book a DELUXE ROOM. We will be happy to include it to our guests that choose a Deluxe room. Renovations works will be done in january during very low season, we look forward to renovate bathrooms. Thankk you

Location: The location was great
The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices of food. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk to everything.
