“Lovely house in amazing location, couldn’t have been better ”

“Our time at the villa was a perfect. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Loved that the restaurants and supermarkets were just a short walk away from the villa. Made things so easy and stress-free. Being able to grab a bite or pick up essentials without any hassle was a big plus. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Great location! If you're heading to Albufeira, this place is a solid choice. Looking forward to coming back!”

“Overall we was disappointed with the property due to there being a lot more damage than what we wasn't expecting and then blamed for. Even though within 15 minutes of being there we found a number of broken or damaged items. The built extension floods when there is heavy downpour as well. Broken sunbed which we didn't use but was blamed for it. A broken bunk bed and nothing was put in place even though the knew the villa was at full capacity. Missing plates, bowls and glasses which was also……

“This property was a nightmare broken door handles, beds where so uncomfortable it was better sleeping on the floor. Pipes where backing up only one working shower. The place smelled of mold and a used litter box. Then you meet with the Algrave Vacation property manager and it turns into a timeshare type of push. This property single handily ruined our family vacation as you could not sleep the smell was so awful. Consider this as warning to stay away!”

“One of the ground floor rooms had the following issues, easily identified as the one with the noisy door that jams on the floor;Shower draining slowlyAir Con faulty ….. leaking Door hinge loose ….door dragging on floorOverall the Villa is a bit dated and very old fashioned (Could do with fresh painting inside and out to freshen it up) but it is very spacious and suited our needs. The outside area was attractive but for future guests I’d suggest getting the pool heated if booking for October.”

“Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, proche d une grande surface et du centre d Albuferia (voiture indispensable )au calme mais petit bémol chien qui aboie un peu plus loin parfois une bonne partie de la nuit …bien située par rapport aux différentes activités à faire dans la région Maison idéale pour 6 personnes mais par contre manque de vaisselle Avons vraiment apprécié les prestations ménage et change des lits en milieu de séjour , équipé au top Communication au top également avec……

“Great villa & location for a family holiday. Easy to walk everywhere, but very cheap to get around in taxis (Bolt). The villa is very close to pool and tennis court. Pool is in very good condition. Tennis court is in need of some maintenence but its fine for a friendly game.”
