Not good at all, the room was not clean enough, bathroom pipes broken, took one day to get a remote control for the TV sorted out, could go on and on

Dear Valued Customer,thanks for sharing your observations on your recent stay with us at Club Ambiance Resort and based on same,unreservedly apologize for the below par vacation stay you experienced.
With reference to " the room was not clean enough",our Room Attendants and by extension,the entire Housekeeping staff,pride themselves on ensuring spotlessly clean,refreshed and amiable accommodations for all our guests and this comment was especially discussed at length at the Executive level to ascertain what may have gone awry.Again ,sorry for this occurence.
The issue of the bathroom pipes being broken would have been a deterrent to your stay and checking our Records,we are not seeing room change requests for the past 60 days,which we would have offered and our hope is that this was attended to with speed and efficiency to address the problem.We definitely would not keep any guest in a room with this defect especially with other rooms available.
In closing the inconvenience of the time it took to be afforded a television remote,is very,very unusual and inexplicable,and should never have occurred.The system we have in place is simply that every room on arrival has a television remote.
We are never ever comfortable when valued customers as yourself,express dissatisfaction with their vacation stays with us moreso that your displeasure suggest other challenges, as you hinted, you could go and on.
We nevertheless hope despite same,another opportunity will be extended to us by you,to prove our worth as a top class value for rate resort where the efforts of the staff are always guaranteed to create lasting and pleasant memories of one's stay at Club Ambiance Resort.
