Alcohol was bad.....

Resort overall was good drinks we terrible, AC vent were dirty, food was great.

It was ok but not great

The hotel was nice but I kept getting eaten up by mosquitoes. I have about 30 bites all over my body. Don't stay on the first floor. Besides the mosquitos we didn't have hot water for one day. All the staff said was they were working on it. No accommodation or night. One lady at the front desk kept getting mad because we kept calling. She eventually kept hanging up in our face. Other than those issues the stay was ok. I just got tired of fighting mosquitoes Day in and day out. The hotel is about 20 min to Ocho Rios and a hour to Montego Bay. If I ever went back which I probably won't I would stay on the luxury side. Totally different and they never has any issues

Hotel close to the beach

The overall stay was ok. Pros: hotel is distance walk to the beach, all inclusive food&drinks, nice room decor. Cons: customer service was iffy. Some staff are friendly but some are not. I didnt like the reservation for the nice restaurants. The waiting period to get in was long and staff was rude. The food was not that great.

Had a Great time - but our room was taken care of

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds as well. The food was very good. Most of the staff were very very nice, but the couple that were not didn't even say hello. We wish there was someplace to eat while just hanging at the pool or coming back from an excursion, rather than having to get dressed and go into a restaurant atmosphere wear no bathing suits are allowed. We had a full day out, came back at 9:00 hungry and our only option if we did not want to change would be room service rather than sitting by the pol listening to the band. Our room was only cleaned 2xs during our entire stay. We didn't ever get a nightly turn down. If our friends with us didn't tell us they had it we never would have known. Over all- yes I will definitely go back. But they need to address a few things.

The resort was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect, the restaurant food was good, the staff was helpful.

Nice hotel for groups of friends

Pros: The service, food, bars, beach, drink servers
Cons: Top management dealing with important matters
Location: Dunns River and Chukka Catamaran
The rooms were always cleaned and upon arrival we got an upgrade because of our expedia status. We got a bottle of champagne and free shot glasses and t-shirts along with automated restaurant reservations to the best ones that our friends at the luxury side couldn't even get. The pools were not the cleanest, but overall the experience was great. Natrice was hands down the best drink server on the resort. When our friend got burned from a cup of coffee, she had a third degree burn and the hotel did not help her pay for any expenses. Andre was not helpful and just said "coffee tends to be hot here" although he did give her a bottle of wine. Doesn't change the fact she had to pay 40 dollars everytime the nurse cleaned her wound. Thankfully it burned her hand and not her throat.

Hotel has a great view and a private beach but there were lots of mosquitos in the bedroom. My daughter woke up with a face all bitten from mosquitos. It took the staff an hour and a half to give us a room when we arrived tired from the airport. I wouldn't stay here again!

The Ocean

I was a bit disappointed in the beach approach. Too rocky and did not have an area being able to walk into the open ocean without falling into drop offs..

HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY

Location: nothing everything cost and arm and a leg to get to!
Food options are horrible my wife and I were so disappointed on our anniversary night at one of their "specialty" restaurants! Food was tasteless and not good at all! Service is garbage had to ask 3 times for ice and washcloths 3 days in a row and still didn't get it had to go get them myself!

The food could be more Jamaican food. Because you want to experience that kind.instead of one, dish on alcarte.other than that it's beautiful and mmm nice. biting is perfect but I will always stay there
