Gorgeous resort with great facilities and pretty good food. Great for families! We had a few service issues such as missing items in our room, a broken phone and an awful experience when we tried to go to the spa and they changed our appointment time and never apologized. Many of the staff were great and so friendly but there was a lack of management to escalate issues to. Our Expedia tour agents were amazing and helped us book two excursions. Look out for free gifts and tours - they are trying to sell you a timeshare! The room was a bit musty but overall comfortable. I would recommend this resort but would probably check out others instead of returning.

In regards to your comment about missing items in the room, did you made a report to our Guest Relations and Security Department?
Once a report is made to these departments an investigation would have been done. We regret however to learn that some items were missing and we apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced as a result of this unfortunate issue.
As it relates to your appointment at the spa been changed without notification, I can only imagine how disappointed this would have made you feel and once again apologize for this experience.
We know we cannot bring back the past, but we would definitely like an opportunity to improve future visit(s). Once again, our humblest apology for all inconveniences experienced. We sincerely hope they will return in the near future, to witness all the improvements made, in all areas of the resort.
