I Was Not Impressed

The hotel was outdated, and the furniture in the suite I stayed in was very old and smelly. They offered an upgraded room, and I choose the upgrade but my room was located by the street so I could hear traffic all night. I asked to be moved, and they called me the night before I was departing to ask me if I still wanted to be moved. This was very unacceptable. The food is subpar, even in the restaurants. The drinks have minimal alcohol in them, so it's not like you are getting quality drinks. They were watered down. The shuttle service was horrible we could NEVER get a shuttle when we needed one. The women staff members (with the exception of a few) were very disrespectful and had an attitude anytime my daughter and I asked for any information. The taxi service is a rip off, I would advise you to rent a car you will come out cheaper if you want to leave the property. There so much more disappointment that I can highlight but I will run out of room . My opinion it's not worth the money you spend. I've been to other all inclusive resorts and they were way better, cleaner, and cheaper.
The only highlight of this property was a few of the entertainers we interacted everyday. They made our stay enjoyable.
