Beach did not meet expectations plus it goes on

Pros: Staff were friendly, and lots of staff around. However by nature, just to laid back for me.
Cons: Night entertainment....7 days of kid shows and the same bad dancers did not work for me. Time to replace chair padding. Pool chairs were very good. T
Location: You are stuck to taking a tour bus or $60 us for a 10 minute ride to a local community. Other options are 7 hour tours....nothing shorter
Beach smelled like sewage in areas, not a swimming beach. Infinity pool was full of kids, though the booking I made clearly the said all adults. Be careful when you book....court view room could mean just about anything...even a place a mile away from main complex. Pool bars typicaly out of beer, vodka and gin by 300 pm...what gives? Buffet restaurants were ok as long as you looked around as menu did not change day to day. Italian restaurant was good, but food was not very warm. I would not recommend the steakhouse....portions of steak were very generous, but just a very bad cut of meat. Indian and Mexican restaurant too busy during peek hours. Constant nagging and false advertising by travel club and spa staff became annoying.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

Pros: the hotel pool and beach
Cons: Better customer service training for the staff none them went above and beyond to make our trip special
Location: Farway from everything atlas 45- 60 mins from most attractions
The Grand Palladium looks great online and in person. The rooms need updating. But overall, nice for trip for a few days. The hotel does not have 13 restaurants after inquiring with one of the staff members they told me and my friends that the restaurants rotate and change everyday. We attempted several times to dine in but we could never get a table at any of them. We were told that you needed to reserve by 5:30pm or be there by 5:30pm for dinner. The staff on the hotel grounds overall was rude and helpful. At buffet several times we will be as ya done, while we were still eating or while there was food on our plates. We waited for trolly pick ups and no one would come. I would never stay here again. Our birthday weekend sucked. I will not recommed this place to anyone.

I Was Not Impressed

Pros: The entertainment staff was very nice and friendly. We had fun with the them.
Cons: The shuttle service is horrible. The rooms should be updated with better furniture, especially the suites. Do not offer upgrades if cannot honor
Location: Location is secluded from a lot of the activities and sightseeing. There's nothing to do near by unless you take a taxi and they are expensive.
The hotel was outdated, and the furniture in the suite I stayed in was very old and smelly. They offered an upgraded room, and I choose the upgrade but my room was located by the street so I could hear traffic all night. I asked to be moved, and they called me the night before I was departing to ask me if I still wanted to be moved. This was very unacceptable. The food is subpar, even in the restaurants. The drinks have minimal alcohol in them, so it's not like you are getting quality drinks. They were watered down. The shuttle service was horrible we could NEVER get a shuttle when we needed one. The women staff members (with the exception of a few) were very disrespectful and had an attitude anytime my daughter and I asked for any information. The taxi service is a rip off, I would advise you to rent a car you will come out cheaper if you want to leave the property. There so much more disappointment that I can highlight but I will run out of room . My opinion it's not worth the money you spend. I've been to other all inclusive resorts and they were way better, cleaner, and cheaper. The only highlight of this property was a few of the entertainers we interacted everyday. They made our stay enjoyable.

First time in Jamaica

Our first trip to Jamaica was because of Hurrricane Matthew. My niece originally planned to have her wedding in the Grand Bahamas. The staff at Grand Palladium were great and the facilities were okay.

Amazing place to stay.

Pros: Large resort, places to explore.
Cons: Tried to use the app for the resort. Wasn't too helpful.
Location: The resort is kinda far from the cities and night life. But great for lovers of nature.
The staff was so friendly. Food was great. And the drinks were flowing.

Wedding Anniversary Weekend.

Pros: We loved the bars, food and the pool.
Cons: Nightly Entertainment
Myself and my wife spend our 1st wedding anniversary there. I must say it was amazing. The grounds were impeccable, staff was friendly and food was AWESOME (especially the Italian restaurant). The jetted tub in the room was a plus. We enjoyed it to the max.

Great resort but staff could use some work

Gorgeous resort with great facilities and pretty good food. Great for families! We had a few service issues such as missing items in our room, a broken phone and an awful experience when we tried to go to the spa and they changed our appointment time and never apologized. Many of the staff were great and so friendly but there was a lack of management to escalate issues to. Our Expedia tour agents were amazing and helped us book two excursions. Look out for free gifts and tours - they are trying to sell you a timeshare! The room was a bit musty but overall comfortable. I would recommend this resort but would probably check out others instead of returning.

Once a report is made to these departments an investigation would have been done. We regret however to learn that some items were missing and we apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced as a result of this unfortunate issue. As it relates to your appointment at the spa been changed without notification, I can only imagine how disappointed this would have made you feel and once again apologize for this experience. We know we cannot bring back the past, but we would definitely like an opportunity to improve future visit(s). Once again, our humblest apology for all inconveniences experienced. Relaxing time

We traveled with some friends for a get away and we were all happy with our stay !! Sunset cove beach was our favourite place to be during the day with so much to do and beautiful atmosphere
