Best Hotel that I have stayed for a long time

Pros: the food drinks and most of all the Staff
Cons: Just keep doing what you are doing
Location: Everything was great, love the golf. Have not down load my pictures
My experience all the food you can eat, all the drinks you can drink, everything you won"t to do in one place. the Staff was unquction could not ask for better service

Super Sized

I would not return to stay here due to much of the waiting, inconvenience I wish to avoid while on vacation. The facility is large but there always seems to be a wait for any activity. This place is quantity, I prefer quality. My first night was interrupted with crickets, the hotel took 1/2 a day to address the issue. I was unable to see/feel the $350.00 a night value

This hotel in my opinion is one of the best in Jamaica. It was plenty of activities to do everyday and the room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel employees are all very nice, kind and caring. I am definitely going back soon and staying in the same place.

Wonderful Holiday Destination

Pros: Location, open structure, food and most of all the Staff.
Cons: Towels in the room- they are really old and not soft or white any more. Also the garbage tins in the bathrooms- rusted and broken.
Location: Sandy Bar for horseback riding
If you are considering to visit Jamaica, Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive is the place to stay. A very nice lay out with lush green gardens and openings together with an amazing pool and private sandy beach. Everyone is genuinely interested in helping you, making your experience better. The hotel has sections for families and for more private customers. Very family friendly but does not bother couples. Couple of points; 1) have you room upgraded and keep in mind that #18 villa complex is the farthest if you dont want to walk. 2) Use the Spa and facilities for sure and watch for one for two deals. 3) The 10 restaurants are included and eat dinner in each- they are decorated with selected menu for the cuisine they represent. Poseidon was our favorite. There is no need to worry about water or food- we had no problem with anything we ate or drank. Dont forget your breakfast champagne. Try the local fruits. 4) There is always and activity going on and participate- it is so much fun 5) taste Bob Marley and Jamaican Smile- very exotic drinks. 6) Jamaican LTD shuttle service can be cheap and efficient but takes so much time on your way back particularly to the airport. Taxi might be a better idea. 7) Tennis courts and gym are open and lighted well through out the day. 8) Miss Lou is an amazing coffee service bar with great deserts. Discover it as soon as you arrive. 9) Do not lose your towels cards. 10) there were no mosquito, bees or any others during April

Overrated-I was not impressed

Pros: Room was nice and the property well kept
Cons: Need a shuttle service to the town as there is no nearby place
Location: Location is perfect for seclusion nothing to do nearby
I have stayed at other all inclusive hotels that cost much less and was more satisfied with the amenities. 1 pack of peanut per day for room with multiple occupants is ridiculous 1 Caribbean flavored soda per room Packing baggage to point of leaving barely any seats is crazy when being brought to your room

A worry free trip from reality

Our experience overall was excellent. There are always small things but in the end I would stay here again and recommend to others traveling to Jamaica. For positives, 98% of our staff interactions were positive and they were both friendly and helpful. The rooms and the resort were very clean. The room itself could use some updating but everything was in working condition. The hotel had everything you would expect from all-inclusive. The pool was excellent and he beach areas were great. The organized events were plenty and helped add variety to trip. The only big negative on the resort were people trying to sell stuff around every corner. Whether it was spa packages, vacation packages, or upgrades to things that were included it seemed like someone was always around a corner pestering about something. One last thing, our daughter actually had an accident and needed medical attention during our stay. The clinic was great and we got a doctor onsite within 30 minutes to help. It was so reassuring to have hay available right onsite.

Absolutely love this place!, from the staff to the stay and my favorite... the bar tenders!!! .. going all inclusive is the way to go.

Beautiful place

The area is beautiful. The hotel is nice. Staff is friendly. The shows are not any good. The food is just okay. The view makes up for it all.
