A worry free trip from reality

Our experience overall was excellent. There are always small things but in the end I would stay here again and recommend to others traveling to Jamaica. For positives, 98% of our staff interactions were positive and they were both friendly and helpful. The rooms and the resort were very clean. The room itself could use some updating but everything was in working condition. The hotel had everything you would expect from all-inclusive. The pool was excellent and he beach areas were great. The organized events were plenty and helped add variety to trip. The only big negative on the resort were people trying to sell stuff around every corner. Whether it was spa packages, vacation packages, or upgrades to things that were included it seemed like someone was always around a corner pestering about something. One last thing, our daughter actually had an accident and needed medical attention during our stay. The clinic was great and we got a doctor onsite within 30 minutes to help. It was so reassuring to have hay available right onsite.
