Nice rooms , ok hotel.

The rooms were very nice , the staff was rude . The pool and beach area was really nice

Biggest Hotel in Jamaica

Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful our entire trip. I loved all the pool and beach areas. Also, you could select the adult areas for pool and beach.
Cons: Hotel rooms were old and our particular room looked like someone broke in and damaged everything. You could see a lot of repairs done to the room.
Location: Perfect location between Montego Bay and Negril, about 40 minutes from the airport. We did not go outside the hotel, but plenty to do on the grounds.
Grand Palladium is the biggest hotel in Jamaica. Anywhere you stay is convenient to a pool or ocean/beach area and the food at the buffet and restaurants was very good.

GP Lady Hamilton is an amazing place. The hotel is beautiful and the people are wonderful. The entertainers are full of energy and always greeting you with a smile. The staff is humble and kind. I will definitely go back!

Bellissimo resort sul.mare con varie spiaggie per tutti i gusti,per chi ama la quiete o perchi vuole animazione.pulizia ottima,camere grandi e luminose. Se volete fate dieta non andate : Cucina ottima e varia sia il buffet sia i ristornanti alla carta di tutte pou significative cucine mondiali. Se non fosse per la distanza tornerei...ma chissà!

very pretty hotel and close to the beach

Pros: the beach was beautiful and clean, my room was clean and the air conditioner worked,the room was cool and nice , loved the spa, and restaurants....
Cons: the power outage, the power went out a lot, not for very long, the restaurants staffs needs to be train properly regarding customer service.
Location: the hotel is located very far away from the city, not much to do or see within walking distance, ..
the is a very lovely hotel close to the beach, with a lot to offer, great spa, with lot of spa treatments, very good specialty restaurants with no waiting, room was very clean, and nicely decorated. the hotel grounds are very well maintain...

On behalf of the hotel we extend our apologies for the poor customer service experienced overall as this is not standard for the hotel. As a resort we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond our call of duty to exceed guest expectations. Additionally, our Human Resources Department undergoes various customer service trainings with our staff in order to improve the quality and efficiency of service provided by our team members. Exceptional

The experience was magnificent, the hotel was amazingly clean, safe and super comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly from checking in to checking out (waiters/waitresses, ground workers, security, lifeguards, bartenders, etc. all exceptional people). The only issue I found with the hotel was the food. It was horrible (need to find better cooks or come up with a better food program). I have gotten better food at a less quality hotel. It was a most memorable experience and regardless of the food I would definatley recommend and return to this establishment. You can always explore the areas around the hotel for more tastier choices of food.

Pros: The buffet and the room.
Cons: The pool.
Our overall experience was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The steakhouse was very good. Buffets had plenty of offerings. The large pool needs updating. All our requests were met urgently and the service was good.

Great beach hotel

Absolutely loved the hotel. The staff thoroughly went out of their way to look after us. They work very hard, aren't exactly paid the best, but do their up most to make your stay as fantastic as it can be. The beaches for this resort are stunning. There is a main beach, a beach next to one of the adult pools, and a third beach with water sport activities available also.
