Pros: On the water
Cons: Food...it was not good.
Food was not good. Breakfast was same thing all 7 days. Breakfast food was always cold. The Mexican restaurant was really bad. At all the restaurants the food was overcooked.

Nice Hotel on the beach!

Very great experience and loved visiting Jamaica in January, It was very windy a couple of the days we stayed but overall everything was nice! The hotel was awesome and everyone was nice!

Nice main building, but rooms need renovation, furnitures are old, It is all- inclusive, but only one brand wine and beer available. Generally, it is OK. Facilities need improvement. Pool is very beautiful, but there is limited beach. I would like give 3.5/5.

Great staff, should have transfers to and from airport included in package .

Worst staff attitude in Jamaica

We have stayed in many Jamaican resorts and Jamaican people and super happy and accommodating but this hotel staff has the worst attitude , the front desk gives you an attitude even if you ask where is the bathroom, one night at the steakhouse they told us they ran out of deserts and when the manager came she said it was not her fault and that we needed to leave because they were closed and shut down the ac!! Also the beach is full of rocks so is not pleasent to walk on the water, he hotel itself is big and nice and the ac in the room is great but our experience left a lot to be desire ,

We are sorry to know you felt bad attitude and experienced negative customer service from some our staff as we are constantly training them. Our Human Resources department is focused on monthly customer service training and service delivery programs in order to be able to exceed our guests’ expectations. Sorry if some of the employees you meet were not as friendly as the rest of the staff. Good family vacation spot!

Location: Dolphin Cove is only 5 mins drive and awesome
We stayed here with our 2 yr old on our first family vacation and I was impressed with the programs available for children. Beach, pool and entire property is well maintained. Daycare center offers childcare (at no additional charge) from 9am to 7pm, and every evening there is kids show for kids and at 9-9:30pm there is adult show. If you don't bring a stroller you can check out a car for toddler for them to ride (she loved it). Caring staff, our little one got sick for a day and we were helped and asked about her well being during an entire stay.The food is typical for all-inclusive, average grade. Fun programs for adults too and places to just relax in areas without kids. Lady Hamilton Rose Hall side is for adults more, and the The other side is great for families with kids. All on the same property. Property is large so either get ready for lots of walking or ride their carts.

Nice hotel for family, big pool, good restaurant and daily show. However the beach is not so beautiful and the beach activities are not enough...

Food n staff need Coaching

They mention number of restaurants on website but many are not open. Food is horrible same food (specially vegetarian) they don't change everyday for lunch. Even the buffet they say 3 places but most of the time it's just 1 place open Restaurant (Italian) host was really bad.
