My experience here was Great and I will be coming again. Staff was so great and the amenities that they offered were great. The food was soo good and for me the best meals where from the hibachi place, the oxtails, the jerk chicken, and the BURGERS!! If you are looking for a budget friendly vacation with your family. Try this resort you’ll have a great time!

There is no early check in. When you do return to the front desk to get your key you have to wait in a long line for a second time. TV and phone did not work. Shower handle broke off in the middle of the night with the water running and it took staff 45 minutes to come to the room. Dirt stains seen around bed on the floor and against the walls. The only decent food was in the Jamaican Restaurant and the seafood restaurant. Service poor in the buffet. There is no late checkout.

I like that the property was close to the airport, the beach was fantastic and the options for Jamacian foods to choose from was very good! The staff could be more friendly and attentive The experience was very positive and I would return and recommend to friends and family!

I have been to this resort multiple times. This was my third trip. I have stayed at this location all 3 times. I would say that it was nice for the money you pay. This time however it was nice but just less. They were short staffed which you wouldn't be able to tell. From the servers to the maids they are all friendly and helpful. My only major complaint is that there was no music at the adult pool. I would be less upset if I wasn't told it had been out for months. Music is the best part of the pool with dancing and singing and learning of the reggae music.

The resort is nice with nice pool and decent food options. The beach is not good. The water is full of reefs and seaweeds. If you like the seawater you will need to get transportation to other beaches around 15-20 min drive.

We were not able to check in until 6pm. They did have a waiting area but since we arrived at 1pm it was a long wait. Getting to the room was challenging due to the number of elevators out of order and stair wells for emergency use only. Our room was clean, but lacked towels and linen for the pullout sofa. We thought the room would have facility info- dining hours, map, amenities, etc., but it did not. We missed dining at the restaurants because of limited availability and nights closed. The staff, other than at guest services, were phenomenal- friendly, personable but still holding guests to certain standards. We were disappointed at the number of events cancelled and facilities not open. Teen/video game area was flooded and looked to have been out of order for many months. Most ice machines/water were missing and about half the remaining ones did not work. There were frequently no glasses for drinks or mugs for coffee at meal times.

Overall lovely stay. Pool and beach facilities great. Check in and check out could have been smoother, quiet a long queue and a lengthy process. Taxis to excursions are expensive, $30 plus for one way trips. I would get a hotel nearer the centre if I was visiting again

This hotel needs new management and renovation. Our fifth time in Jamaica and we like to try different places. This holiday got our attention with the deal with it was offering for flight hotel and all inclusive. We arrived and had to wait four hours for room. - the food was horrible no variety, no flavor, either stale or taste like either bland or highly salted. Even the workers said they do not eat the food. After our first night we kept eating outside of the resort. Got to the room finally again after four hours of waiting it was not that clean and the toilet was not working. We kept telling them each day and on day 3 when we came back from the luminous lagoon we came back to our room to find it flooded from the toilet..when we told them we had to wait almost half hour for someone to come and they would not even give us another room or upgrade us. The second night of being there they only served meats of pork which we couldn’t eat. We tried very hard to check out and get a refund on the remaining nights. Expedia also tried very hard to help but when we kept trying to get in touch with a manager at the hotel to approve the email from Expedia..there was never a manager on site which is a complete lie not hotel will ever operate without a manager on duty. Rochaes at the main lobby bar. Our room pieces of wall was falling off. It just horrible. This was a waste of a stay.and this holiday inn really gave a horrible representation to the holiday inn franchise.

I enjoyed my stay here. I love that the beach is right on the resort, and that the resort had different activities that catered to adults or children throughout the day. The buffet food wasn't the best, but there were other options to choose from outside of the buffet that were good, such as the Jerk Hut. My room was clean and nice, and overall I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Did a 2 nights unplanned stop sometime last year and was pleased with the property i had to come back for a real vacation but wow what a different a few months make, everything is down by 3 stars from the front desk to the room and the food, the food is like a 4 year old learning to cook.and this is new they need an ID for everyone even if its a new born.

When we arrived, we were not assisted with our bags. The baggage assistant just chatted and ignored us. He eventually wheeled our bags to the check in area. The front desk staff didnt smile or welcome us to the resort. On our way to the room, a male staff greeted us and was so welcoming. I stopped to register our appreciation. The food, terrible and bland. The drinks were so watered down, it was shameful.

Don’t do it. If you can afford to stay somewhere else-please do. By far the worst experience in my 12 trips to Jam Rock. For every good employee-I estimate at least 9 bad ones. Service is definitely different for different races. The food is terrible., rooms outdated and the service is not good at all. I caught an overpriced taxi from the front desk-and the dude left me-they tried to rob me at the KFC-food was that bad that I had to settle at a fast food restaurant. Don’t do it!

Enjoyed the beautiful beach. Property could use some upgrading, but I think they are working on that. Some of the staff may need a little more training on how not to be rude to quests. This was not overall, but some could use a bit more training with patience. Overall, a nice trip, felt safe, and enjoyed the beach and pools.

The overall experience at this property was great. There was only one take away and that was with the meals. Breakfast was great for the most part. Lunch and dinner weren't that good. Most of the menu items didn't taste anything like Jamaican cooking,and lots of them weren't thoroughly cooked. Other than that, it was a great stay,all the staff members were gorgeous, great service and good entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely visit again.

Our 1st room was newly renovated but had only a kingbed and a very uncomfortabe rollaway bed no sofa bed. So we had to change rooms as the roll away bed would not have been good gor my 13 year old. So they moved us to a room with 2 double beds. But we hardly had toiletries notyhjng tondrink in the room not even a bottle of water. The floors were dirty. Bits of paper all over. The food options were a bit limited and not overly tasty. But i guess i got what i paid for. The shower clogged up. Bad experience..

Great times at the Holiday Inn Montego Bay Inn All Inclusive. The resort offers a variety of amazing food all around, family friendly activities, its private beach and island are very relaxing and well kept. The resort is truly all inclusive with an adults only pool and beach area, kids club, water sports on site, an engaging Razzle Dazzle team, adult bar, etc. the property and staff provided an all around safe and great vacation for my family.

The water was turned off for maintenance during certain night hours but when coming back on, water pressure was low. The pool closed at 6pm which mean no swimming after that. My kids enjoyed eating the hamburgers, unlimited ice cream, and the beach.
