Staff is very friendly, it is clean, services are exellent, the only thing I did not like it is not so good condition under the water on the beach - a lot of grass, otherwise everything is excellent.

The staff are very nice and the layout of the property is beautiful. Cleaning staff does a wonderful job keeping the entire property clean and neat. The entertainment staff are super friendly and fun. Kyash, Lisa, Sapphire were all amazing including the DJ. Also Karl is super warm and welcoming.I didn't like the food. The taste was off and there were limited options. Breakfast was the only good meal we enjoyed. In the room, the shower head is directly above your head and wets your hair every time you shower. No way to avoid it. Also the bathroom has double doors that open outwards with full body mirrors. However when you close the bathroom door, the mirrors is then inside the bathroom. That was the only mirrors. That sucks if you need to get dressed, do your makeup and comb hair. You have to wait until your partner/friend/family finished using the toilet before having access to the mirrors. Also laundry service was a problem. Make sure upon arrival if you want to have laundry service, upon arrival ask for extra laundry bags and forms. Otherwise you will have to wait about an hour for them to bring it to you. Had a bad experience with that. Also my beautiful scarf got ruined, so be aware of using there laundry service.

5 nights early January 2024 ocean view suite. Excellent service v good facilities and great dining options. Recommend club membership at check in special rate available if you just want the limited beach access with bar service and cabana’s.

I have stayed at Iberostar hotel in Barcelona before and the service was phenomenal. Because of this, I decided to stay at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall with a group of friends. Unfortunately, the experience that we were expecting was never provided. From rude/ unfriendly staff (specially at the pool bar), limited alcohol selection, drinks quality-poor, outdated decor and a hard time RSVPing for the restaurants are my main disappointments. This hotel is not a 5 star all inclusive as advertised. I would rate it a 3 star at the most. After this trip, I don’t think I will stay in another Iberostar hotel. Lastly, if you have the option to stay at a better all inclusive hotel in Jamaica, go ahead and do it.

The hotel was very nice, our rooms were spacious, updated and very clean. Overall the food was good and all the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend staying there!

Overall it was a good, quick getaway but not a wow factor destination by any means. Really pretty place to get some sun and enjoy the beach. Food was not impressive and the restaurants are basically the same food as the buffet served in a different setting. The staff is nice, but not that friendly. Went shopping outside of the resort - NOT A GOOD IDEA. The town is very sketchy and unsafe. There are so many other good places to go, so this was a one time deal to come here.

We decided to spend New Years on an island and chose the Iberostar Grand at Rosehall from browing You Tube. It was an excellent choice. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets offered a rich variety of foods that made it hard to keep our diets as we found out when we returned home. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We met lots of interesting people with similar interests. Our room was spic and span. The grounds were inviting. The manager bent over backwards to help us when we had a small problem. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone who wishes a carefree, delightful respite.

Iberostar Butler Suite.
This is a great all inclusive resort. It will give you dreams to go back to it again. I definitely plan to visit it sometimes soon. I went for the Butler Suite and they make sure to make you feel special throughout your stay. If not this, I look to visit another Iberostar resort soon.

The stay overall was okay. However, the dinner options besides the buffet were pretty average. The room temperature was not great at night, got quite hot and air conditioning seemed lacking. The biggest issue with us was that before travelling to the hotel, we had called to check with the hotel if air transport can be arranged for us since we were landing at Kingston airport which was a 3 hour drove to the hotel, to which they said no. Later at the hotel lobby, we saw a board with fare and private transfer to and from Kingston airport, not sure why the hotel could not have arranged this for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room and property were great! We took full advantage of the spa amenities and were very satisfied. Our butlers, Rohan, Gary, and Owen, were amazing. We weren't expecting to even have butlers. The room, balcony, and view were gorgeous and so relaxing. We loved our time here!
