Cons: The restaurants need to serve hot food.
Location: The location was perfect and plenty of attraction nearby
I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and the entertainment was excellent.

Great property with friendly staff. The room was above the lobby bar and close to the open balcony so it led to quite a lot of noise at night.

Second time visiting. Great experience. Food was tasty. Entertainment was good. Room was nice and clean. Cant wait to go back. Andrae and orlando at the front desk were very helpful.

Pros: Pool and beach were good.
Cons: Staff a bit lazy. Did not offer much help though very friendly. Buffett wasteful. Would rather see better quality food instead of quantity.
Location: Ok. Did not go outside.
Low capacity shutdown some facilities. Food was a bit disappointing as two of the four so called gourmet restaurants were not that good. Otherwise, pool and beach were very nice.

Pros: Everything was clean and kept well.
Cons: Room cleaning staff would not leave enough creamer even though we left a note, had to keep asking for more every night during turn down service.
Location: Parasailing at the hotel, zipline/bobsled at mystic mountain, catamaran to Dunns River Falls, Great House haunted tour at Rose Hall.
Enjoyed many activities at the pools, beach, and lazy river. Snorkeling was great and staff were all very nice and respectful, they always greeted us and remembered our names. Room service was excellent as well as the many restaurants and buffet. All areas of the hotel were clean and neat and the grounds were very well kept.

People and food was the main reason why we loved this hotel. The pool was good, the beach was not the best but overall this hotel couldn't been better

Wonderful greeting on arrival. The suite was so clean and fresh spaces. The food is so varied and taste. 5 different restaurants. Staff so professional can't say enough about their approach to guest. Well done. I'm planning on going back with family next year. Worth every penny..

Pros: The infinity pool and beach.
Cons: The quality of the food in the Mediterranean Restaurant and the Mexican Restaurant.
Location: The location was close to the airport and convenient to get to.
The hotel and staff were outstanding. We enjoyed the view and the amenities that the resort had to offer. The food however was a disappointment. The quality of the food offered on the buffets was terrific. The food that was prepared and served to order was horrible. The entertainment crew that provided the activities around the pool and beach were fabulous. Loved everything about our trip except the for the food.

Cons: What I would love to see is more of the Jamaican typical food on a daily basis, and also more signs inside the buildings is very easy to get lost.
Everything was great! The facilities, the staff, the food. KUDOS! The expedia customer service lady was excellent helping us with our luggage that was mistakingly given by the shuttle transportation to another traveler in a different hotel. After the expedia representative located our bag, we were advised by the hotel employee that we needed to go a get it and pay for the transportation ourselves which we didn't understand since it wasn't our fault we were the last passenger to be drop off and the driver already had left. Thanks to the help of the Expedia representative who negotiated back and forth until we had the transportation without paying. There should be a better system in place to protect us traveler between the transportation and the hotel because I'm sure this is not the first or the last time that this happens.
