The property was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful, great staff, the food was not the best part, but the atmosphere was amazing. Definitely a nice getaway.

The rooms I was assigned had mold in them. One room also had roaches. My guest and I both got sick. Hotel management offered only half offf of our 3 nights stay. In order to receive the compensation, they required me to sign a liability waiver excluding them from all accountability for any long term damage the mold exposure may cause me. No way. Unacceptable. I will never return to this property.

The beach was private which was really nice. No one was there trying to sell you anything. We also really liked the fact that they would serve you drinks on the beach. We wished the spa services had been more affordable. Even with the coupons they were still way out of our price range.

We were blown away by the property! The views were breathtaking. The staff was the Best. Everyone was very friendly and helpful of all of our needs not to mention they were a ton of fun!

Grounds were good. The only negative critique was that we had a rehearsal dinner reservation for a small group the food took long in between courses, one of the plates meal was not cooked properly and the attention to our table should have been more personalized and well staffed as we were a specific wedding group.

The staff across the board were all polite and very helpful. Everyone was so positive and great to talk to. The hotel has a traditional yet upscale appeal. I would book the associate property next door the next time around, it's a bit more modern and party where this location has the chill relaxed vibe. With the VIP experience you have access to all of the properties which are are amazing. The private beaches are all in pristine condition with amazing views.

The beaches are narrow. Our room overall was large and clean except where the room safe is located. I went to pull down a bundle that we thought were extra blankets and the dust fell down like snow and there is an air vent up there that has never been cleaned.The bathroom could use a remodel and just not a coat of paint. The outside properties are beautiful and well maintained. And evey hallway that you walk aound offers a beautiful view of Montego Bay

Unfortunately w/ in the first 5 mins our stay was Negative. As my fiance parked our rental car the 1 female at the Bell Hop stand around 5pm on Feb 23rd asked me if Id like a VIRGIN DRINK. I was polite and said no thank you. I had turned 46 the previous week & knew she had offered ne only a non alcohol drink because she ASSUMED I was pregnant. Im NOT pregnant!!! We then walked inside and the lady checking us in offered me/us champagne. I mentioned the incident & that i was extremely offended. At sych a high price point they better be giving me a baby gift if they think im pregnant. Again at 46yrs old Im not pregnant & this woman had no right to publicly humiliate me by her comment stating that i could only drink a virgin beverage. It affected the rest of our stay & affects me now a wk later. I expect a cheap motel employee to be careless, but never ever should i be body shamed when Im paying so much a night. The place was beautiful. The food was terrible at ALL the restaurants & you have to demand the bartenders make your drinks w/ decent alcohol. If not its cheap & tastes terrible. I actually had to demand they remake a drink w/ good tequila for a female i met at the pool. It was a huge humiliating disappointment staying here. If you need to go on a forced diet stay here The staff & food will make sure you starve.

Would recommend to everyone!!!! Staff is so kind and helpful. Is a very clean resort and love that you can walk to all the other resorts. Good entertainment and view is 10/10. My girlfriend and I went for a get away and will definitely be back!

I expected more fun on site, paddle, snorkel etc... It didn't have enough available although on paper they do. The property needs some tlc. Arrival was complicated and upsale every step of the way. I did not know of the connection to the 3 hotels, very classest!! Nothing high class. Enjoyed , but would not go back.

Secrets is not a place I will find myself again. The service in this resort was lacking in many areas. By 7am each day, all pool chairs were “reserved” by staff for customers who many days did not show up til around noon if they showed up at all. Restaurant availability was upwards of 2 hours on a rainy night which is extremely excessive. Next to no entertainment by the pools each day. Even when there was, lack of engagement by staff was evident. Jamaica has always been one of the most lively and Friendly Islands I’ve ever experienced, this was not the case here. There were days you couldn’t even get a drink with your meal. I’ll be back at the RIU for my next stay.

We had a wonderful time at Secrets Wild Orchid. We had butler service and Kenroy was fantastic and made our trip very memorable. Our only hang up was we arrived a day late due to weather delays and our check in process was a disaster. Property was very nice and the service from the employees was great. The food was mediocre.

Beautiful place but needs more activities. Kinda just a relaxing resort don’t expect to shake your tail feather.

Secrets is located close to the airport so lots of travel wasn't required. Although the beaches are small, we got chairs every day and enjoyed the beautiful water. The staff was very friendly and service was good. There were plenty of activities and they had staff on property to help us book excursions. The food was really good at the Italian and French restaurants and the rest was fine. The room wasn't as luxurious as other resorts I've been to, but we weren't there very often and we did enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would recommend.
