Well, the goods:
1. Very friendly stuff.
2. Great Location
3. Great Breakfast
1. Lot's of noise from other rooms/rain
2. WIFI is slow and has many disconnection through the day.

Dear Valued Guest,
I must humbly apologize to you for not getting the remote for the television, it should have been given to you at check-in. I have spoken to my front office staff and is sure this will never recur. Some of our rooms carry a unique shower system, we ask our check-in agent to give a demonstration to our valued guest upon arrival to their rooms.
With regards to the noise from other rooms, we are sorry, however, we have since asked our security to speak to those guest should there be a recurrence.
So sorry about the rain, we can only wish for better climate.
We have since made a significant change with our internet provider and the WiFi is working perfectly.
We must thank you for your comments as this gives us the opportunity to make the necessary corrections and improve our property so our Guests will have the comfort, happiness and relaxation they well deserve.
