"This was our first time to this part of Italy for a visit to the Tarot Gardens. We arrived by a regional train from Roma and were picked up by the Hotel van right on time. Great hotel in a small town in Tuscany. We are planning another visit in 2025 on our way to Viareggio for carnival."

"Staff very accomodating Clean, comfortable Beautiful Castle comfortable we didn't stay for breakfast parking a bit far although Staff accomodated a way to unload luggage thru a different entrance. a bit difficult to find on maps. best to get exact location from office or navigate to Serano"

"The attention for me was overwhelming. I am not used to this treatment. Everyone of the staff was helpful and nice. I got a couple notes: - Do the things in the bigger towns that you need before arriving to this place because the options are limited and not convenient - Come in a car because public transportation is doable but I don’t recommend - the public spring waters are not a minute walk. It took me 30 minutes to walk to the exit of the resort and when I put the gps to go to the place it was another 30 minutes. Recommendations: Not necessary but it will have help me and save me the embarrassment (again it was mainly my fault ) - invest in an ATM so foreigners can have an easy access to cash since the hotel does not do currency exchange. Other than that, I will have to come again when my health is better to see the public spring waters. Thank you for your service."

"This property was great. The staff was kind and wonderful. They spoke great English and clear and concise Italian. The room was great for the 4 of us. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Dinner was a top notch experience. Make early dinner reservations. "

"A nice little hotel in the countryside, minutes away from Saturnia's thermal waters and breathtaking burgs such as Pitigliano. The staff was incredibely helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and had a big bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel especially to travellers on a budget "

"We like the view, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff members, the comfort of our room and the surrounding area of the resort. However, we did find a large section of spider web hanging from the top of our room. Also, it’s very difficult to get to the resort, but once you get there you’ll be able to enjoy it."
