"This was our first time staying at this hotel. I traveled with my daughter and husband over spring break. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff members were extremely friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our free breakfast every morning. Parking was easy. And the location was ideal! Just 10 minutes from the Monterrey aquarium and 10 minutes to Carmel! We are definitely going back next time! "

"When we checked in, we were disappointed to find we did not have a balcony as the photo in the room we reserved showed. However, the rest of the trip was wonderful. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and very nice. Great customer service really nice brunch at the restaurant even had bikes on site to rent. We will definitely stay here again."

"Front desk staff was very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Beautiful and comfortable lobby area with plenty of seating, a reading room with a selection of art and design books, and a computer and printing room my kids loved. The property is so welcoming for dogs and I was happy to see so many well-behaved guest dogs with their owners throughout the hotel. The property is SO much closer to Fisherman’s Wharf than I had realized and surrounded by a wide variety of dining snd shopping options. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable and the room was unexpectedly quiet. It’s one of the quitest nights I’ve had in a hotel room ever. Spacious bathroom, nice lighting options in the room. We did not use the pool but it looked great and we’ll try it out next time we visit. "
