Eagle's Crest is our beautiful home in the sun of Carmel mid Valley. Temporary and permanent housing are currently available for essential business workers as described by the Monterey County Health Department. We offer monthly bookings or portions thereof overlooking Carmel Valley Ranch, Folktale Winery and a sliver of the Pacific Ocean. Easy to access and close to everything, it's the perfect place to host your holiday get-a-way. Excite your family and friends with big windows and breathtaking views, lovely bedrooms and fantastic indoor and outdoor dining options. The kitchen is deluxe and ready to prepare delicious meals or uber out and dine on the town. Either way, this expansive home is well worth the experience. The three fireplaces, living spaces and color scheme add to the romantic ambiance and with 2600+ square feet, it's the ideal four bedroom shangri-la. Our guests often frequent weddings at Bernardus Winery, Holly Farms, Holman Ranch, Carmel Valley Ranch, Folktale Winery and many others. We are less than ten minutes from all these venues and 25 fun wine tasting rooms. We are under 5 miles from Carmel's numerous beaches! The main level has: Kitchen, dining and livingroom, master and handicap bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bar, four kitchen counter seating, outdoor bbq, natural gas fire pit, huge wrap around deck with outdoor dining for eight. Downstairs level has a second master bedroom with fire place, guest bedroom with fire place, bathroom and vanity mirror for two, full wrap around deck, outdoor lounge seating and hot tub . The views from this level are gorgeous as well. A pack and play crib for babies is located in downstairs closet if needed along with extra bedding and two low arcade gaming chairs for kiddos. We have a ping pong table located in garage that can be easily moved to outside deck and boogie boards for the beach. A boardgames box is located in diningroom on mantle as well. The hot tub can be accessed from both levels and is situated outside on downstairs platform. Outdoor motion sensor lights are plentiful everywhere and solar chandelier for the lower lounge. Instructions are labled everywhere for your ease and comfort. The main house dining table seats 8-10 with 4 additional seating at the kitchen counter. The stainless kitchen and custom built-ins are great for holiday gatherings. A KEURIG HOT and regular coffee maker excite the kitchens necessities as well as Samsung Hub TV/Music refrigerator. Parking: Four car parking on a circle driveway and two car garage per request only. Because of the properties unique design, it feels very private, even from the neighbors next door. Please be aware of parking in an organized fashion. Two cars may fit into garage where an EV charger is located if needed. This way all cars can enter and exit parking area easily. We ask guests to respect our neighbors privacy by not being loud outside, not flying drones and by leaving a zero environmental footprint. We also request not playing loud music on outside deck. We do not do weddings nor parties here, but definitely intimate, low key gatherings with family, friends and groups. EXPANDING your group: We suggest Carmel Valley Ranch just across the view and a few minutes by car. Pebble Beach Equestrian Center 831 624 2756 to reserve trail rides. Recommend the beach ride. Goes into the dunes and down by the Gingerbread House towards Seal Rock. Carmel's calendar of attractions include; Anniverseries, Birthdays, Weddings, Pebble Beach Food and Wine, Taste of Carmel, AT&T Golf Championships, US Open 2029, Concours de Elegance Pebble Beach, Laguna Seca and much more! Hiking and walking from home is easy. Close by: Garland Park and Point Lobos, wine tasting, world class golf, cycling and Monterey Bay Aquarium are just a some of the amenities within a few miles of our home.
