Family stay 2 kids. The property itself was ok. Staff was very kind helpful. But the property I was disappointed compared to other Marriott. I reserved a city view room but got a room with the pool view. Our room #307 was terrible. The furnace kept making loud banging noises throughout the night. Our sink was slow to drain. The body wash bottle holder was broken off when we arrived so it was just sitting on a shelf. No microwave in the room. Also you could hear literally everything from the people at the pools to the passerby’s in the hallway. I was shocked how loud it was which made it hard to get my toddler down to bed and keep him down even with a sound machine. I had debated about asking for a room change but we were staying only 1 night and my husband and 6 year old had already knocked out. I did call in the morning explaining the loudness of the room and ask for an extra hour on checkout bcus it was 10am and my kids were still asleep which they accommodated. Breakfast buffet was nice options were good. Valet parking only which sucks when you’re traveling with small kids bcus we realized we forgot a few things and had to request them to bring the car back up. So yea would I stay here again with a family and small kids probably not.

It was a beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the bar. Staff provided me with a handicap room because they noticed I used a walker. I wished our room had more chairs for seating. There were three of us but we only had 1 chair.

Over price for what you get. No wifi you need to pay to get internet $14.95 per day. The room is nice but the bed is on the hard side and pillows are too soft. You do get some street noise if facing the city street. All in all I think you can find other hotels with better prices and more.

i was not happy with the room they gave us. the room that i paid for on line is not the room i received. ie: upgrade to ocean view room, received standard king room. so not sure i will use expedia group again.

We got in early, And as expected there was no room ready. that wasn't a big deal. we were able to leave our bags at the front desk while we went and walked around the harbour. The girl at the front desk said she would put a rush on our room and it would be ready an hour or two, when we got back to the hotel four fours later our room still wasn't ready. they had it ready 20 minutes later. Not sure what they mean but put a rush on a room meansd to them, but when you tell a customer you will have a room ready in two hours, it needs to be done by then. Also the hot tub was hit or miss as to when it would work or not. that was a big bummer after walking around all day
