Checked in got an free upgraded room. only problem the bed was not very soft. but besides that had a great time.

Nice view, but not quite what I am used to.

The hotel was nice enough, but did not have a gym or a restaurant. They do have complimentary breakfast, but did not get my order right. I requested extra eggs and the manager said I could get them for a $10 extra charge, which I agreed to. The eggs did not show up.

Good location, friendly staff.

The bed was not very comfortable. In addition, we requested turn down service to prepare the pull out couch which they did not do. My son was cold all night because they only provided a thin blanket & there were not enough pillows. These are small things but for the cost, our expectations were high. The views & location were beautiful & the staff were friendly.

Close to the main area

It’s a great hotel with the harbor view balcony. It was more than we wanted to spend for an inn. The other little things made up for it. Breakfast, hot tub , and a short walk to the cannery.

Nice view of the ocean/harbor

We had a nice time staying at this hotel. It was really nice that staff delivers your complimentary breakfast to your room which was a plus. I loved the view of the Harbor/Ocean, a plus. The only downside of this hotel was that the parking was very tight. We had a van and due to the tightness of the parking space, ended up scratching our side mirror on the pole. What made it worse was you had to pay for parking. Parking should be free. My husband spoke with the manager about the parking and said that it wasnt their fault we ended up scratching our van. I mean seriously how can you say that to a customer. The hotel clerk in the front during our check out, ended up waiving our parking fee which we were happy about. The room was a little small and outdated but comfortable. The mattress felt like it needed to be replace with a new one, but we still slept comfortably because we were so darn tired. My daughter and husband enjoyed their jacuzzi. I would probably come back to this hotel again just because I love how the breakfast is delievered to your room, the view is just amazing, and close to fishermans wharf where you can buy some delicious clam chowder and close to restaurants. Of course, you have to pay a little extra for the view. Although this hotel does need some renovating and needs to replace their mattress, I would still come back because it is right next to the ocean and near the good eats. By the way, they need to hire a new manager.
