Quiet and clean

Pros: its quiet and clean.
Cons: not sure
Location: the beach is close by.
Staff are friendly, clean hotel, quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Worst hotel experience of my life. This hotel should be put out of business.

Impressive kindness of hotel staff

Receptionist was very kind and comfortable also friendly! Room was good compare with price. Continental Morning breakfast was good. Only thing i was umpleasant, there was heater but working very very slowly.

Big room but faucet and shower are too old.

Pros: Big room , plenty of parking and convenience to walk up to our room. Breakfast included but coffee too plain.
Cons: Cleanness , we can smell the sewer in the bathroom.
Good for one night stay, good location, plenty of parking and convenience to walk to our room.

Good for the price on a Saturday, but my husband had to fix the tv so it wouldn't be fuzzy and grainy. There were long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The beds didn't have fitted sheets so they didn't stay on correctly. It was very cold in the room even though the heater was on at 80 degrees. And we were disappointed with the breakfast... not a hot breakfast. Just cut up muffins from Costco and apples, bananas, cereal and bagels. Also our room was right under the path way of the air port so the planes would shake the walls with how low they were. Won't stay here again.

Pros: Beds were nice and comfortable.
Cons: Bathrooms, Toiletries water flow/pressure
Location: Very close to Fisherman Wharf and downtown. Good breakfast places around.
Its just an ok Hotel. It doest NOT server full Breakfast.

comfortably satisfied

The room was spacious with a king bed. Though it did not have ac, opening the sliding glass door to the balcony gave enough breeze. Eventually, we closed it and turned on the heater. It is convenient to have both refrigerator and microwave in the room. They also have breakfast included. 😁

Really nice place for people with pets

The front desk staff was super friendly even though they were quite busy. our "pet friendly" room was quite nice and very clean. Rooms are tastefully decorated, have a little patio area for fresh air, rooms were quiet. We will definitely be back
