Nice, cozy, and convenient hotel.

Posted Sep 21, 2016
A cute, little, and cozy hotel, that is conveniently located and has all the basic necessities. Has a easy to navigate parking lot and it is easy to find your room. The room was very clean looking, has extra pillows, a spacious bathroom, and a narrow but long walk in closet. Also has a mini fridge, microwave and of course a television. The hotel is roughly a 10-minute walk to Asilomar State Beach. And is roughly a 10 to 15-minute drive to Cannery row and about 15 to 20 minute drive to the Fisherman's Wharf. Parking on one side can be tight. The buildings narrowed and do different the parking spots. My car didn't fit through so I just entered through the other side , not sure if it was an exit only .

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all friendly.
Cons: It would be nice to include a reason why they were changing what hotel we were to stay at and to state during reservations that it was a possibility.
Location: The location was nice.
On our way to the hotel for check in at about 7:45 PM we received a call stating that our hotel had changed and that we would be staying across the street at Sea Breeze Inn and Cottages. There was no explanation given. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly but we did find it a bit strange that just before our check in they would tell us that we are staying accross the street without explanation. The breakfast that show's "included" in our rate consisted only of a muffin, oatmeal, and your choice of coffee or hot chocolate, that was all that was offered.
