There a lot of drug use and police and ambulance officers from people overdosing in the rooms and fighting. Dogs barking all night due to their owners using and having traffic all night. I will never stay here again I want all my money back.

The place is drug infested dog poop around the property. No ice machine, bathroom faucet was broken phone didn’t work.

Has to request a microwave. Shower hardly worked. Heater worked somewhat. It was not the best but it could have been better. Mini-fridge was alright. Would have been happier if they had a freezer.

The room was extremely small. The phone didn’t work, the lock on the door was broke and the shower barely worked. The lady at the front desk was rude and there was 1 towel and 1 washcloth in the room. It doesn’t live up to the pictures at all.

The room was unfortunately filthy and for three guests there was only one towel. There absolutely should not have been two beds in there - you could not get out of bed on two of the sides! The lock was broken and we were unable to deadbolt the door - there were wires sticking out. We found make-up/blood (?) on sheets, shower mat dirty - was really awful. We left early due to these things. Employees did not balk at refunding the second night and seemed nice enough.

This is a literal roach motel. We were given only one towel, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, roach in the shower, and I could pull the bath faucet off completely. The shower was a mist. We had to clean the counter bc of spilled soda left. There is no sound proofing. We could hear everything next to us, above us. Dogs barking, beds knocking,

Staff very unhelpful no towels or other linens was told to wait for housekeeping the next morning rooms dirty smoke alarm not installed was sitting by the tv no toilet paper noisy most the night and people also living in units checked out early could not stay another night in that place

The doors hinges were broken. The screws were out. I took pics and videos. Nasties on sheets and bedding, no shampoo or conditioner and what looked like blood on wall and headboard. When brought up to staff they said “you can stay somewhere else but you already rented the room so I don’t know what you want me to do” and so I asked for a refund and the staff said “ you rented through Expedia, I can’t” so I said he was scamming and he said “what are you gonna do call the cops? Do it” and I was just left speechless with my husband. I was up visiting my husband who is in the military and it was absolutely AWFUL. Never again. ZERO STARS. felt so unsafe the whole time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Property was a good location to the beach. The property itself was not well kept. No shades on the window just a pull down privacy screen. One of our lamps did not work. Flies everywhere, we stepped out the door into swarms of them. Property was not as nice as in the pictures. Shower pressure was low, stains in the tub. Very unimpressed.

The only thing worthwhile about staying here was that there was a beach close by and a resort across the street with good but expensive food. The bath tub looked like a crime had taken place amd someone was trying to cover it up. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We barely slept the first nite because there was fighting and screaming from rooms near-by. As a result my wife didnt feel comfortable staying with the baby and we abandonded our second night. We didn't complain or ask for a refund, we just left and never looked back. I would never stay here again and don't advise anyone stay here ever. Possibly the worst hotel experience I've had in the Bay Area. Side note the staff seemed really sweet.

The property was nice, good amount of parking, but the room wasn’t up to par in up to date parts. Bathroom door metal was pulled up on the bottom, bathroom drain was rusted/water damage, low water pressure and the AC in the room wasn’t functioning good as expected. Overall did feel safe and a good little space for an overnight, good location and close to the beach.

When we arrived in the evening we parked our car and was walking to our room. On the ground was 2 very large stools from a dog. The room was not really clean. We did not go to breakfast because if the room was dirty i did want to eat there. The ice machine was located at the hotel next door.

The room was way too small, it felt dirty, the bed was so uncomfortable, the water in the shower kept changing from boiling hot to extremely cold, standing in the shower felt like the floor was going to cave in, we only got 3 channels on the television, people were yelling and screaming outside, the breakfast was very limited and the eating area was crowded. The hot tub was dirty and didnt get to use it, inconvenient to even get to the room dragging your luggage to the 3rd floor.

It is dirty and the bathroom has problems. Terrible customer service and homeless people live around it. There is dog excrement on the staff. I had to leave after 25 minutes. I had to make another reservation at another service hotel. They did not take anything into account. What I told him, they didn't even return the money. It's bad service and maintenance of the hotel, cleaning.

Online photos are a sham, as the rooms are horrible. The room smelled like an old hobo had been living in it.. The room was so tight, one bed was rammed up against the heater. No washcloths. Hairs everywhere. I thought the bathroom door was going to come off the hinges…HORRIBLE!!!!!

The room was not clean. It seemed the floors had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Half of the outlets did not work making the lights not work. The bathroom vanity lights only flickered. Guests were making noise all throughout the night. The door had no locks that worked. Overall very poor quality and cleanliness. The staff was nice enough though.
