I am also sorry that you felt that way about sleeping in your car. It was an unforeseeable issue with the water heater that we did our best to resolve in a timely manner, and it is unfortunate that you had to go through that. Regarding extra charges, there was an error when issuing you a credit for the hot water. The error was corrected and you should be able to see the refund as soon as it is cleared by your bank.
