Pros: Swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit.
Location: Beautiful walks nearby.
Nice 2 night stay at the Sea Breeze. Did notice that despite there being a microwave in the room there were no dishes or cutlery. Quiet area, didn't seem to be any eating places particularly close by but there was a bus stop right outside and taxis were available.

Balsa wood cabinsPosted Sep 19, 2015
Pros: Location. Price. Staff.
Cons: Build thicker walls. Air out the rooms. Fix the refrigerator.
Location: Very close to Pacific Grove Golf Links which I highly recommend. Also close to 17 mile drive, the Lighthouse and the cool community of Pacific Grove.
I'm glad Expedia gave me a deal on this hotel. Nothing horrible, but not for the noise sensitive as the walls are so thin that the neighbors footsteps sound like they are above you. Any talking next door you can hear and if they watch TV, well, wedge those ear plugs in. We forgot our noise maker but the refrigerator acted as a good one. The room smelled musty/moldy so we had to pop the windows open immediately and keep them open. The breakfast was typical Motel 6 muffins, Minute Maid and bad coffee. But the bed was okay, they were very pet friendly, the location was nice (unfortunately too close to hotels I wished we were staying in) and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Quick getaway near the water.Posted Sep 12, 2015
Cons: Add ceiling fans, minimally.
Location: Walk downtown or walking to the beach.
Rooms did not have adequate counter/table space or seating. Even though the weather was unusually hot for the area, the rooms were very hot with no air movement/fans. No privacy if we opened the windows/doors.

Location: 2 blocks from the ocean. 7 minutes to Cannery Row. Right down the street from downtown with lots of eateries and shopping. Great location.
Have stayed here before and will stay again. Newly remodeled rooms close to everything. Very enjoyable.

UncomfortablePosted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Fresh paint, and front desk person
Cons: They need a professional interior designer to suggest a chair to add to the rooms, take down mirrors over bed!!! add A/C units!!!
Location: Pacific Grove is a magical place
The room is freshly painted and the bed is nice, but there is not even one chair, and this large mirror over the bed made it impossible to sit up the without hitting your back/head on the mirror. It was 90 degrees, and the place has NO AIR CONDITIONING! The roof overhang holds in all of the noise and all of the neighbors were loud, partying and obnoxious.
