California is known for some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and Pajaro Dunes is no exception. Positioned on the oceanfront, this 3,000+ sq. ft home has one of the most spectacular views along the coastline and is situated on one of the most private stretches of beach in Monterey Bay. The resort itself is nestled within a unique coastal environment and sanctuary. Just like us, you will be captivated by the daily views of birds, dolphins, whales, sea otters and other wildlife and your breath taken away by the incredibly beautiful evening sunsets.

The house which was originally built by Senator Diane Feinstein is well known in the community. It was recently remodeled and boasts high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows with lots of light and an open floor plan. Unique to the resort, the house has spacious front deck looks to the ocean with an additional private courtyard to the back of the house that has a dining and lounging area. From the cul-de-sac, the house has a private driveway with parking for up to 3 cars. A staircase directly across from the house provides direct access to the beach.

The house has a large living open living and dining area. A large fireplace with a huge open heart for romantic getaways or a cozy family ambience. 4 master suites (sleeps 12), (3 king, 1 queen, 4 twins). Fully equipped kitchen with 1 coffee-maker, 1 toaster, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, High-speed Wi-Fi and internet access, cable TV. The resort is a gated community located centrally, 20 miles from the quaint Capitola Village by the Sea, Santa Cruz and 25 miles north of Monterey/Carmel. Enjoy the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, amazing restaurants, Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods, Monterey Bay whale watching and the Aquarium, central coast wineries and world famous golf

Dishwasher needs help. Dirty dishes dirty in inside shelfs upon arrival. We never had clean dishes.
We love the house & setting. Perfect scene everywhere. Needs more space in downstairs Bed Rm. we had 4 young adult ( 21, 19, 18,17 ) all big boys. Crowded!!! It is a nice home & Carl went above & beyond! for us. The TV needs ti be simplified w/ instruction.

4th of July stay
The house is in a great location between Santa Cruz and Monterey with exceptional ocean views. Great communication with everything that the house has to offer. We got to check in a little bit early, thank you Carl. Other than the couch is a bit uncomfortable, everything the house has is perfect along with an extra fridge in the garage for our large group. We did bring air mattresses to accommodate the extra sleeping arrangements. Thank you again!

Relaxing Getaway
My entire family had such an amazing stay. The property is exactly as described and pictures do not do the view justice. There is not direct beach access from the back of the property. However, that is not an issue as the entire neighborhood is beautiful and it is just a short 3 minute walk to the sand/beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the living room and amazing breakfast views from the dining room table. Kitchen also had everything we needed for cooking, and even baking, during our stay. Beautiful home and location. And would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beach House
Spent the weekend to celebrate our kids birthday and we could not have asked for a better location! Teenagers were busy from all day, Hanging at the beach, playing tennis, basketball, volleyball, all right on site! Then at night so much space in the house, they played games until the wee hours of the morning without my Husband and I even being bothered because the house is so BIG! Carl was an incredible host, communicated beautifully for check in and out. Couple questions while we were there and he responded immediately! We will absolutely be Back😊
