They can definitely benefit to paying closer attention to the overall cleanliness of the room. Although the room had a clean smell paying attention to the details will go a long way. The bed and room were comfortable, I just could not get passed the fact that it could have been cleaner (finger prints/dirt on the bathroom door...old sink). Glad we only spent one night there.

The welcome was wonderful and the room was great for the one night we stayed. Very clean, good bathroom and right near town. Wish the weather had been better so we could have swum in the pool. Carmel is so cute and the streets are amazing. Worth staying for a couple of nights as there is plenty to do.
