Could have been a 5/5 stay if it wasn't for the constant noise of cars, trucks and buses. There is a bus stop right outside which tends to be loud. The area also gets alot of traffic, so if you are sensitive to noise and don't have a way to cancel it out (earphones/headphones), then I would suggest booking in one of the hotels along Munras Ave for cheaper or almost same price.
I also noticed very few ants in the bathroom, which was very odd but nothing to be concerned about. The room doors also open and shut pretty loudly, so you can hear others coming in and out. It would also be nice to have microwaves inside the rooms, but they only have one in the front desk office for everyone to use. Since I was on the 2nd floor, I didn't feel like going down just to heat up any food.
The room was decent size but the bathroom felt small/tight. The shower water pressure could've been stronger for my preference, it was just ok.
Other than that, it would've been an almost perfect stay. The front desk were very nice and welcoming. Free coffee/tea is available at the front desk office at all times. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of outlets and enough lighting. People in the other rooms were either very quiet or the walls are not thin. Just wish it was able to block the noise from the street.
