Its our 3rd time staying here. what i like about this place is, their floor is not carpet. cause i hate carpeted floors especially when you go to the beach. their rooms are newly renovated.. clean rooms. nice and accomodating staff. what they could have done better is, parking. they have limited parking.

Very kind manager explained that we were ripped off by Expedia, saying that our $200/night rate was actually too high. He was selling the same rooms for $170! We will never use Expedia again. Rip Off Crooks. No discount, and not accurate description of the property, which was dismal and noisy.

This is a typical motel: simple and clean, with friendly staff. The location is great, right by the River Walk, a few blocks from the Boardwalk in one direction and from Downtown in the other direction. The one problem was hot water: there was hot water in the afternoon when we checked in, but no hot water in the evening, and still no hot water in the morning when we left (we only stayed one night). Other than the hot water issue this was a great stay -- but hot water is important; I hope it gets fixed soon.

Super quick to the boardwalk. We walked there and back at least 3 times per day, took less than 8 minutes with a toddler and stroller. Parking was easy for us, unlike some reviews but we also didn’t drive anywhere at all. We just walked. Room was pretty clean. Property was a bit run down outside, but didn’t affect stay. Pool has been filled in, so don’t let photos fool you. Also there’s a breakfast room but they don’t offer breakfast. Seems they are trying to close everything down and make as much profit as possible. Stay was good though, and we’d stay again for the price and walkability.

It is a convenient place to stay at due to its location. It was also very clean. The only issue is that it doesn’t have an elevator. We had someone in a wheelchair with (MS) that had to walk up the stairs and that was a challenge. Aside from that issue, I’d stay there again.

The room was very nice for the price. The bed was very comfortable. We were very happy that there was a microwave and refrigerator. I also liked the fact that there was flooring and not carpet. The parking was a little challenging.

The good: it was clean and close to everything we needed. The not great but probably would not bother most people: the toilet seat was loose. for some reason this is one of the things that just scream to me keep up on basic maintenance. I hand tightened it my self because it bothered me. 10 sec fix. Also I hate 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner. so... The bad: I stayed 2 nights and someone smashed out the passenger side window of a vehicle the first night. This is not the motel's fault but still gives a negative impression. Also the check out process was easy but left me feeling like did I do it right. It is literately just drop your key card in the box. It was fairly inexpensive. It was nice to find a place that was just a room and charged for being just a room. I hate places that charge 40-50 dollars more but they give you a "free" breakfast. This gives me the freedom to eat what I want and usually a lot less expensive.

This is my 2nd time staying here. It’s not in the greatest area, but for the price it’s worth it. To me as long as the room is clean then that’s all the matters. It would be nice if they didn’t paint over the door peep holes. Someone knocked on my door and I couldn’t look out to see who it was, needless to say I didn’t open the door.

Interior was clean, however, the bathroom fan was noisy and you couldn't turn it off, we had to shim something up there to quiet it down. The refrigerator leaked, and we didn't get a complete set of towels. The TV had no channel guide so you had to guess where to go and what was on. Bed was comfortable and as mentioned above it was clean and for the money it is perfect, especially we all you need is a bed and shower.
