Was quite a bit worse than I expected in that location for that money. Seemed old.

Good on a budget

Offers a clean place to spend the night. There is hot water in the shower, towels and a mini-refrigerator in the room. For $50/night you can't ask for more. Best thing about the place is the location...being right in downtown Salinas so good coffee and Wi-Fi are a minute walk away.

Great hotel at low price

Its a old construction. Owned by Gujarati Indian family people. Friendly staff, at convenient location, only problem is parking.

We did not end up staying at this hotel, it is in a bad neighbourhood , the staff is enclosed in a cage, and did not feel safe their.
