Much to be desired
Would not stay here again. Main reasons: - Uncommunicative property managers - Backyard is a giant dust bowl - Kitchen is poorly equipped to cook for more than a day or two, with many basics missing - Overall house has a very unfinished feel -- dishwasher nearly falls out of the housing when open and closing the door; wifi router is in an unfinished space covered in mouse droppings; not all the lights work, etc

Great location
The property was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay here and the place is comfortable for two families (in our case - one child per family at the time of stay). The back yard is huge and plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. No one’s fault but the water body close by was stagnated water and not the flowing creek we had imagined and likely changes with each season. We would return to this place for a staycation!

Relaxation in Carmel
We very much enjoyed our stay in this part of Carmel which we had never visited before. It was nice to be away from the downtown crowds. The home is nice and roomy. We especially enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit with our kids at night telling family stories.

Reasonable place terrible manager
Manager only responds to positive communication. Anything that does not suit them is completely ignored. Our requests and questions remain unanswered/ignored. Beds and bathrooms so-so, BBQ filthy needs replacement, garden is neglected with junk lying around, house Inside is quite nice and clean.

Stay in Carmel
The house was lovely and the backyard was especially nice. Pretty convenient to Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Valley. We really enjoyed our stay!
