Curtious Hotel Staff

Pros: Staff , Shuttle bus
Location: Easy to walk to restaurants. Bamboo is excellent.
Staff at check-in was very helpful and curious. Shuttle bus to airport is free and convenient.

Comfy and close to the airport

Great for when you need to stay close to the airport not paying the hefty prices of other hotels

Cheap hotel showing its age

Only stayed here because other airport hotels were booked up. Checking in they said my reservation had been cancelled. No reason why. They did have a room. Carpets are worn and dirty. Towels are old and scratchy. My room smelled like overdose of spic n span cleaner. Marriott needs to over-haul as this is not up to standards.

Bad internet

Pros: Airport shuttle on time and location. Great restaurants at walking distance. The room was not worth the money spent.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Cons: Internet, hair dryer did not work, i asked staff at the counter if when shuttle arrive if they can announce its arrival for people like me having breakfast, they declined politely. The elevatot clisest to rhe lobby was broken so had to use the secondary elevator 50 yards away

Disappointed in the quality of my stay

Pros: Very friendly service staff. Quite a selection of foods for breakfast.
Cons: Follow up on requests, fix fixtures, thaw food before serving it, and honor Do-Not-Disturb signs. Just simple stuff, really.
Location: Surrounded by many restaurants and hotels of much better quality; which I will stay at next visit.
I stayed for four nights and should have changed hotels after the first night. 1. I was cold so I requested an additional blanket; which never came. I fell asleep after waiting TWO HOURS for it. The next night I stood at the service desk as I waited for the blanket. It took a while to retrieve. 2. My bathroom sink ran constantly...not dripped...it RAN. I did take note of the water conservation notice in the room... 3. Fruit for breakfast each morning was still frozen. 4. I had to do a ton of studying so I put out the Do-Not-Disturb sign, only to have housekeeping (1) knock on my door; which I ignored because I was studying and (2) then housekeeping opened my door!!! It was locked with the bolt AND the security lock!!! Housekeeping then slipped a note under my door that said "Our housekeeping staff has honored your Do-Not-Disturb request..." Now, it's possible that my ideas about Do-Not-Disturb are different than anyone else's, but how is it honoring to my request to not be disturbed when housekeeping knocks on my door, and then proceeds to open it??? 5. The shower rained down brown muddy water each morning before running clear a few minutes later. GROSS!!! I will never stay at this hotel again.
