Trendy hotel but a bit outdated. The parking is accessible but the lady at the front desk couldn’t validate the ticket and had to pay out of pocket for an overnight fare. Clean, trendy, yet the bed was not that comfortable. Cool rooftop with amazing views.

Staying here is not worth the price. The breakfast and service are both terrible. The beautiful rooftop bar was closed for private events for 1/2 of my stay, leaving only the restaurant to grab a drink. There was literally no one in the restaurant all 3 times I ate, and the service was terrible. Concierge attempted to make a reservation at a local restaurant and even that was screwed up. Housekeeping didn’t show up until 4:30 or 5pm one day, unacceptable

Pretty expensive for what you’re getting. It looks very nice at first glance, but the property is aging and not particularly nice (think small holes in the wall, some old light switches and outlets that don’t work). When we checked in, they had our reservation wrong, which was a pain (one room with two beds instead of two rooms with one bed each).

Thumping music 24/7 from the restaurant opposite my room, constant head ache no drinking water in the room, really over priced for the hotel, not relaxing … no sleep …. No point paying for a room if you can’t sleep.

Not returning.
I had 2 issues to discuss with the manager who was 1st, in a conference, then out of the hotel, then out on a family emergency, finally heard from him the night before my check out, he apologies for what happened and offer a discounted rate on my next visit which he fail to leave in writing as he said he will. The hotel in over price for what it has to offer.

Must stay at this Hotel!!
First time staying at this Hotel, it was incredible. Customer service was excellent, loved the pool on top of the hotel, it had great views and they had a pool with temperature control. Overall excellent experience.

La calidad en comida, está muy por debajo de uno está pagando. Muy muy por debajo. La habitación tiene muchos detalles, la cama la tienden con una sóla sabana (no tiene la típica "cajonera"), por lo que te tienes que dormir encima de la sábana. Las cortinas no abren, sólo dejan una bata y muy mala calidad de toallas. El staff muy servicial.

My Recent Stay
I recently stayed for three days at this particular hotel. It was definitely a ways from the airport almost an hour and situated out of the way from a lot of the things that I needed to do. Upon checking in the staff was great and the restaurant as well as the front desk and directly across from the hotel is a nice restaurant that has a bar and great eating. Upon entering the room I will say it was a nice trendy room however very very small and for the price I did not feel it matched what I was getting. Nonetheless a nice hotel overall.
