Close to San Pedro

Pretty inconsistent maid service. No wash rags for shower. Left room service items in room for 3 days. Never restocked coffee maker. WiFi inconsistent as well.

Hotel pequeño pero cómodo y bien ubicado

Es un hotel sencillo pero está muy limpio, cómodo. El desayuno buffet está bien surtido y es rico. Buena ubicación. La alberca muy chiquita pero está bien. Es un buen hotel, muy buen servicio.

Water pressure in shower was real weak and bed sheets were too hard. They do not appear to be your regulars hotel sheet set (600 to 900 thread)

No one explained to us how to use the elevator. I saw a worker give another guest a whole tour with complete hands on explanation of the hotel. I felt like I was not worth or have enough social class to be staying there. The toilet was clogged and I had to call reception three times before they came in to unclog it.

Cons: LOS ALIMENTOS DEL RESTAURANTE Y LA ATENCION EN EL MISMO
Location: CERCA ESTA PLAZA GALERIAS, PERO DEBERAS IR EN COCHE, POR QUE EL RUMBO ESTÁ MUY FEO Y PELIGROSO A PESAR DE ESTAR EN SAN JERONIMO
EL DESAYUNO, PESIMO; LA TENCION EN EL RESTAURANTE, MAS MALO QUE BUENO; LA HABITACION CONFORTABLE Y LIMPIA. ESTE TIPO DE HOTELES SON PARA VIAJES MUY CORTOS Y ESPECIFICOS

Decent hotel with great surprise next door.

La Nacional restaurant is practically next door, or perhaps 1 minute walk away. Travel frequently and this may have been the best meal I've had in years...it's that good. Must do the ribeye, though everything was incredible.
