Great customer service. Has a bar and a restaurant in the hotel. There is always a taxi available for when you need it. Rooms are nice and clean.

Dirty for the price

Just stayed one night, didn't want to take a bath because bathroom was filthy. Sink, carpet and even sheets were dirty.

When we arrived to the hotel, there was a heavy rainstorm along with thunders that made the place very hectic because the power went off. However the crisis was managed by the staff in a very smooth way. That was pleasant to see!!!

Bad/unsafe area. Busy and noisy.

Shower hot/cold-hot/cold. Restaurant staff terrible except one woman. No drinks to be served and wait forever for your food. Food always comes out wrong. Always missing something on buffet.

Water in Rooms Failing constantly

Pros: Staff
Cons: SOLVE the water problem
Location: Nothing nice around
This hotel has a serious water problem , its very difficult to take a shower , everyone there knows , the staff tries to compensate but the owners dont plan to fix this soon , its too expensive

STAY AWAY OF THIS HOTEL

Pros: Manager very nice, but problems exceed her level of decision...
Cons: see problem description
Location: Nothing around. Dangerous neighborhood.
If you don't want deeply disappointing experience, look for other place. Showers (in 4 different rooms) goes from boiling to freezing in seconds all the time. Maintenance people admitted infrastructure problems. Dirty rooms. dirty towels (one of them with blood stains !!). Breakfast is from 6 AM, but coffee is ready at 8 if you are lucky.. Restaurant has nothing when you order, and a salad takes more than half an our, being the only customer there... Keys doesn't work most of the time... And so on....

Good place to stay.

The staff of this hotel is great. Only cons are: 1) Not very good food 2) I had to reset my key 7 times in 2 days. The staff is great but like most hotels in Mexico they are UNDERPAID, they are a great staff but please consider TIPING THEM!

Small Beds

The beds are full size and they are too small for 2 persons... I recommend to get 2 rooms if more than 3 persons. Perfect location real close to Casinos, Galerias Monterrey and Clinica 25. Staff was very nice with exeption of the restaurant waiter. We didnt get any service from him and He was demanding a tip...

Disappointed about hotel!!!

Every time we visit Monterrey we stay in this hotel but, this time has change the way I view this place. My family and I, stay for two nights and on the first night the heater didn't work and the shower leaked all the water outside the bath area. We Spend one very cold night in a place we should be comfort. I ask the front desk to change my room and they only send someone to fix the heater but the water problem continue. Very disappointed about my stay. Also, I don't like that you have to get coupons to get the complimentary breakfast.
