Nice hotel

Hotel was nice, very well located for the activities we wanted to do. But we always had to keep on asking for them to bring, coffee, tea, shampoo, towels etc. We will return.

Hotel staff not very attentive.

With exception of the room attendant, the Hotel staff was not very attentive, bathroom smelled like sewage(1109). Restaurant food is substandard compared to the NH collection in guadalajara Centro historic, Mexico. Very busy hotel which explains the condition. Hotel needs a renovation. Great location and excellent room view. All and all a decent stay. Especial mention to the lobby bar bartender due to his outstanding service.

Rundown Hotel!

The safety bos was not working. The shower was torn and one night we didn't had hot water. Terrible experience. The only good attribute is it's location.

The rooms where big, nice view of La Sierra Madre, you can see sunrise and sunset. Well maintained Gym, breakfast was very varied and dekicious. 6/5

It was a good hotel, and now read

Pros: the location is ideal for me.
Cons: a lot and i have passed my impressions to the management
Location: Great mall next door and a great supermarket as well.
I had some strange experiences, first my name was misspelled, and had difficulties finding my reservation, later they gave me a two bed room, they changed it the next day, the breakfast on the last day was a disaster and there was no setup at 7am, when it is supposed to be ready, the first room was not clean and in both rooms one of the sinks was clogged

Great Experience

The hotel room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed easy walk through access to the mall. We were staying with other family members for a wedding and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing car service, extra water, information, and support on our first trip to Mexico. Thank you.
