Good location.

Pros: the room. very nice, big and clean.
Cons: the breakfast, must have variety of international food.
Location: The location is good...but at night does not look so safe to walk around after 9:30pm
The Sheraton is a good located hotel. I stay 7 days over there. The first day the a/c did not work well so I ask for a change and Mr. Francisco, at the front desk was very helpful, and gave me another room really quick. Some days I did not get all the towels (5). But overall it´s a good hotel.

Rooms were old and bad

They offered a better room for more money this is unacceptable all rooms at a Sheraton hotel should be nice and clean , be caerfull Expefis you are giving raitings to hotels that hsve 2 types of rooms ans misleading your customers .

Downtown Hotel

It's a large business class hotel in central Monterrey. Nearby walking/shopping streets with some restaurants to choose from. Cleanliness wasn't what was expected. It was not filthy by any means, but, for example, sheets had stains on them, there was hair in the sink, some piles of dust in the hallways that never got vacuumed up while I was there. Positives where that the rooms have nice large desks with ample power outlets to plug in and do work. Wi-fi was reliable. The staff seemed a little disorganized, but overall they were responsive and helpful.

Bad experience in this ocation,

I been there several times before, but this time was a bad experience. The hotel did not have wash cloth towels anymore, it was a problem for me. In the area of restaurant A/ C was not working, can you imagine in somer in Monterrey with no A/C it was unbareable. In my second day, they forgot to leave a clean mat in the batroom. And beside that, the small refriegaetator was not working at all. Another day I asked for more towels it took long time to get them. Next time I try a different hotel.

Hotel is very well placed

Everything is at walking distance from the hotel. Staff is very friendly ans helpful all the time.

Never Again!

When we arrived there was no Shower curtain, the bathtub was clogged and there was trash on the floor.

I hope they can replace carpet and paint the doors I have some pictures I want to send if you want sorry love this hotel nice location but need some repairs
