Hotel close to stores & downtown

Booked for a King size bed put me in a room with 2 beds. Also, switch me to another room in which I was dragging my luggage. Safe box in room didn't work so they switch me again to another room. Spend couple hours of my trip fixing the issue. Refrigerator was lock couldn't unlock because didn't had the key.

Pros: El trato del personal, es excelente, siempre atentos y muy amables.
Cons: el aspecto de las habitaciones y los pasillos, necesita una actualización urgente.
Location: la ubicación es muy buena, al estar en el centro de la ciudad se puede llegar a cualquier lado en un tiempo razonable.
En resumidas cuentas, me parece que para los niveles que maneja SPG es un hotel hay que le tienen que meter una buena inversión para actualizarlo. El aspecto del hotel, por dentro, es viejo y sucio, el techo se ve sucio al igual que la alfombra. Sinceramente, de mantenerlo en el estado en el que está, no me volvería a quedar. En los aspectos buenos, definitivamente el personal es excelente.

Isolated, Cold or hot no in between

Pros: Location is good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Include internet in aceess in the overall price of the room and modernize escentials such as A/C controls and bathroom.
Location: Location is perfect smack downtown.
It was unpleasant to have to pay for internet. In this day and age paying for internet access in a hotel is tantamount to paying for water to brush your teeth. The hotel has courteous and dedicated staff but my room needed some upgrading. The airconditioning's thermostate was broken and anticuated you had to turn it off manually to regulate the temperature.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unas cuantas cuadras de la Macroplaza y cuenta con todos los servicios y muchas amenidades cercanas. El personal no es muy amable y se preocupan poco por los huéspedes y su comodidad cuando por cuestiones de vuelo se llega antes de lo esperado. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para el costo y lo comparo vs el hotel que se encuentra en el parque fundidora, que por un costo menor, tiene habitaciones mucho más amplias.

Worst front desk customer service

Worst front desk customer service, lady with TERRIBLE attitude, rude answers and no help. On my last visit to this hotel I thought the same, even though everything else was great. I hoped that it was just a bad employee, wrong. Horrible customer service, needs much improvement!

Disappointed in

I expected much more from the Sheraton Hotel, especially with that price. There is a difference between old and antique, the room was old and poor looking and it didn't even had an iron nor its table. It had a very small bathroom.
