An epic fail.
They had lost my booking even though I had paid so we’re only able to put me up for 2 of the 4 nights. The air con in my room was broken but admittedly they managed to get it fixed after a few hours. The WiFi was down the whole time I was there. And there were two clashing sound systems on the go on full blast between 9am and 12am with zero sound proofing in the room. I had to sleep with my ear phones in on maximum to drown the noise out. When I got my refund they were unable to put it back on my card so I had to take cash and talk the receptionist through the calculation as he got it wrong twice. Lots of staff trying hard but overall an epic fail and very stressful.
